I enjoy studying at a different Starbucks whenever I get the chance, so I have tried many different Starbucks locations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Arizona and Washington State. Due to this I know what to expect and know what drinks are basically a roll of the dice. Because of this I generally am more lenient to mistakes, and on the other end of the spectrum costumer service that goes above and beyond stands out. Today the barista taking my order mentioned that I had a whole lot of stars, and asked if I knew how to check when they expire, so that I don't waste any. I told him that I generally save them for purchases of $5 or more. This guy was so awesome, he gave me ideas on how to get the most out of my stars, giving me ideas on how I could basically deck out my drink for next time. I am so used to baristas being unhappy about me not wanting any ice or water in my drinks for example; or them leaving a good two inches at the top to make up for missing ice, that when someone is on the other end of the spectrum it really makes a difference to me. I really felt like he cared about my wants as a customer and wasn't worried about the store saving a buck. I can't imagine Starbucks' profit margins are all that bad. All I want is to get a drink that isn't watered down, that won't mysteriously disappear after a few sips; or to have a drink that doesn't melt and turn all watery to the point that it doesn't have any flavor. Thank you Starbucks for...
Read moreI took Oat Milk Shaken Espresso Venti yesterday and it’s so thin means there’s so much ice like literally whole cup of ice with less than 40% drink.. I had 4 pumps of syrup but still it doesn’t taste anything.. it’s more like small amount of coffee, cinnamon and some milk with lots of ice so much watery. I’m not at all satisfied with this drink Starbucks.
Other experience: on July 14, 2024
I ordered Brown Sugar Oat milk shaken espresso. Brown sugar syrup was at the bottom of the cup which means it is not shaken and the cup was filled through 80% only. I asked them this is not what I expected then he literally did it again showing me that he’s shaking that again coming to the window and did every step the same way which is very rude and they gave me the cup with all the syrup around it which is sticky and again 80% filled. All of the staff were so rude. When I’m 7-8$ per drink why shouldn’t I expect what I ordered in the correct way? This is the worst store with worst service that I ever experienced from a Starbucks. Also not even right amount of espresso. They weren’t able to do the one job they were assigned to properly when there’s no customers around and 3...
Read moreI came here with a complaint. I ordered a Venti shaken espresso in Trooper. I left and took a sip; the whole cup was filled to the top with ice. They didn't give me the right amount of espresso and I had a cup full of ice to prove it. They initially refused to fix the issue as I drank the espresso portion. I asked if they would kindly make me a grande to fix it. They refused again. I said "wow really," and they gave me $4 on a Starbucks card and told me to use it on my next visit. I really just wanted the caffeine I paid over $6 for and the supervisor here was being a jerk. I don't need these issues before my...
