Dim Sum Court Oaks — Restaurant in Upper Providence Township

I really wanted to like this place especially it's so close to my house but unfortunetly it did not perform.

We ordered the peking duck and it was dry. We had half a duck and it came with 2 legs so i knew it was left over pieces they slap onto the plate and served us.

Scallion pancake was too greasy but that's probably because it took 45 mins to come out AFTER we finished our entree so maybe it was left soaking in oil and forgotten.

Portion of all the food was super small so be perpare to order extra dishes. The only decent food was the salt and pepper chicken and the soupl dumplings.

The services was TERRIBLE, the whole time we were 1 out of 3 tables and they took 15 mins to take our order. Most of the time the wiatress was chatting with each other and not working. They didnt clean the table, take dishes away, refill our drinks, or give us our check. They just brought the food over . I know this is their grand opening so i hope it gets better but i will not be returning or any of my...

I love dim sum and have been happy that new places have been opening up in our area, but I have to say Dim Sum Court is the best I've had. It is located in the little strip of stores near Lowes and BJs in Oaks, so there is lots of parking right in front of the bright and modern restaurant.

First we had the scallion pancakes - they were delicious! Better than I've had in any other restaurant. The crystal shrimp dumplings were piping hot, with fresh tasting shrimp that were great with the house made dumpling sauce. All of the vegetables in our entrees were fresh and cooked crisply. Because the dim sum was so good, we had to bring 1/2 our entrees home.

Service was terrific - Michelle was attentive and engaging. This is my favorite new restaurant, and I can't wait to return! I don't often write reviews unless I'm really impressed, and Dim Sum Court definitely...

Delicious dim sum, excellent selection, freshly made apps and entrées.

We were nearby for an appointment and after, we decided to pop into this new dim sum restaurant. I'm glad we did. Portions are HUGE, we maybe over-ordered, but now we have leftovers for another meal or two. Everything tasted fresh and delicious.

Our server Michelle was very friendly and informative. She helped us make a few decisions that were great. We never tried soup dumplings before and they were amazing. The orange chicken for the lunch special deal was delicious. Some of the best we've ever had.

We will be back in a few weeks after our next appointment nearby, but this time we'll bring our parents to try it out.

My one request is that in the future they will offer the famous eggplant with fried shrimp dim sum, my favorite. So many other choices on the menu though, I didn't miss...
