Computer and Cell Phone Inc Repair — Attraction in Lewisville

I had a negative experience and have not gone back since, i had a phone screen replacement done for my iPhone 6s plus and was told that it would be oem parts to which they where refurbished after further inspection, the phone screen he put on had been faulty and so I returned to get it replaced, after getting it replaced he told me I should not drop it again to which i sed i had not dropped it and that it did this the day after the replacement was put on, no cracks no dropping it just the screen having spasms, after replacing the faulty part the same issue happened. When I returned to get it fixed he blamed it on being dropped and thag ge would not replace it, i told him it started to do this when i got home, well long story short i left with out a refund and went home to buy a kit off amazon upon opening it up i found the reason was because the cables where folded wrong and the connectors where not placed on properly. I no longer advertise this group and do all my repairs my self since this incident, they may have been doing this work for a while but dishonesties are dishonesties and i will not associate to lying and theft. I have been going to this place since I graduated highschool in 2012, i am not sure what had happened to them over the years but the same guy still owns and works there since i started going and this is unacceptable behavior so if your looking for repairs i recommend getting a repairs kit off amazon they come with full instructions and have support teams on call to help the best ones out there are the LIFUN products. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME...

I have come here twice in the last five years. both to replace a cracked screen. the first time I came they did a wonderful job. the phone looked BRAND NEW and I was in disbelief. so many years came and went since that first repair. until last year when I dropped my phone on concrete in a parking lot during a bike ride and I have never cracked a screen so bad before. actual pieces of the phone were falling off and the inside of the phone started to become exposed (screws and hardware) and the front camera could not be used because the phone itself had cracked over the lens and it distorted the image. the screen was so badly cracked in the corner that I almost cut myself several times just dragging my finger across the screen. I decided to have it repaired again instead of buying a new phone but I was dreading the cost and whether the phone could be salvaged but OMG I called on a monday. I came in by friday. they made the repair in less than an hour and the whole thing looked BRAND SPANKING NEW I was so thrilled to see how well it was done and I was literally exclaiming with joy in the store when they showed it to me

DO NOT COME TO THIS SHOP THEY WILL SCAM YOU!

This repair shop attempted to fix my cracked iPhone 4 screen, I paid nearly $100, only for me to find out that it was never really fixed and I went there countless times for them to re-do it. The charger that I bought along with the repair service was faulty as well. Their service wasn t as I had hoped it d be as a customer who had been inconvenienced for their lack of professionalism.

The final time I was there, my mother joined me and called him out for scamming me and not giving me a refund. Their refund policy mind you is completely unfair if what he said is true about it only being possible in a week s time of the original service done to the device and it is only an exchange of service not a return of your money sort of deal.

My phone was no longer going to be functioning properly ever again. I was without a phone for about half the summer. The only thing I could do was make a claim to the Dallas BBB and that resulted in nothing. I had the get a new phone and I never saw my money again.
