Ashley was great, she was very professional & helpful. After giving the watch as a present, it was noticed the battery was low. There were not many days between purchase & being given as a present. I should have asked about the battery when making the purchase but never thought the battery woud be dead on a new watch. When the watch was taken to have the links taken out to fit, we were charged for a battery. Really ? This to me is so disappointing. Next time I will go to a...
