My experience at this store has never been good. Every time I have gone in, I get dirty looks from the employees and treated very poorly. I rarely ever get asked if I need help or assistance and get the feeling that I am a nuisance for asking. Recently, I had gone in and found a jar that looked opened and used. Originally, I did not see a tester sticker on it. I brought it up to the employee and let her know that it had been opened and used. I was met with a mean look and a very snappy response. Normally, this wouldn’t bother me too much, but I was just trying to help and to be met with such attitude was incredibly off-putting. Not the mention, the store was incredibly messy for being so small. However, I would like to put a good word in for a young woman with blonde hair. She was very sweet and was the only one who asked if I needed help. She was also doing her part to clean up and make an attempt at keeping the store clean. I hope yall can get some better staff with better attitudes in the...
Read moreI had such a great experience at Sephora thanks to Ajla! She helped me find everything I needed for my trip in such a timely and stress-free way. She matched my shade perfectly, and even introduced me to the best paste cleanser ever. I ended up leaving with lip liner, gloss, concealer, mascara, blush, brushes, and eye shadow — and I absolutely love every single product she recommended.
I actually waited to write this review until after I had a chance to use the products, and I can honestly say I have no complaints. Everything was perfect. Ajla was so sweet, down to earth, and refreshingly honest (which I truly appreciated since I’m not the best at picking out makeup on my own). She really made the whole experience enjoyable and easy.
If you’re shopping at Sephora, definitely go check out Ajla! Thank you again for all your help you made me feel excited about...
Read moreI was very excited to have a Sephora closer to where I live. I thought that they had a good selection of products but not the same amount as columbiana. They have most of the basic things there but no hourglass, Armani or Dior cosmetics when I went. The staff is not as knowledgeable about the products as they should be. I had a basket full of things when I went and they told me that they don’t accept Sephora credit cards. They also don’t accept Sephora gift cards. The staff was rude and unhelpful. I will be driving out to columbiana now because the staff is much nicer and helpful. How are you a Sephora but you don’t accept Sephora credit cards? UPDATE: I went back because I was desperate and it was a very pleasant experience. Taylor was knowledgeable and helpful! And they are working to accept Sephora credit cards...
