I have been to this theatre several times and it is a great way to enjoy the movies. While the prices are high they are not anymore than similar theatres in the area, but this does make it so we go less often. At this theatre we have seen movies in a normal setting, the Grand Screen, the screenplay theatre, and screen-x. The "normal" theatre is a smaller overall theatre so you still feel close to the action. The Grand Screen is huge. The screenplay is fun for the kids to play in before the movie, and the screen-x was really cool to be surrounded by the movie in some of the scenes. I hope to do the MX4d at some point, but other members of my party are not sure about that experience. The concessions are standard movie theatre fair and standard prices, but the drinks are refillable as you get your own and the large popcorn is able to be refilled as well. We like to take advantage of the gift cards from the local Sam's club. You get $50 on 2 - $25 gift cards for a $40 cost. That along with the b&b backstage pass help to ease the cost. The backstage pass gets you points on all purchases at the theatre and then you get $5 vouchers. You also get extra promos such as a free ticket occasionally or free concessions items. All of the features are free and your phone number is your member number, so you don't have to worry about carrying a card or something. Overall, great theatre company and a great venue. With the gift card promo from Sam's and backstage pass perks the prices are made more reasonable so I can give them a 5 star review.

And to reply to their response. There are literal bugs flying around your theaters. You need to be checking to make sure your cleaners are doing an adequate job because CLEARLY they are not. It SMELLED and there were bugs flying around in theaters 8. Record crowds or not, you should have someone out there in the lobby to handle the mess and you didn't that day and it was clear. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I should have taken more pictures of how all the trash bins were over flowing at 11am on a Sunday. And clearly from other recent reviews you DO have a bug problem! Went to see Wicked today (12/1) and I immediately noticed that the facility is in desperate need of a cleaning. Not only is the lobby area and concession area very dirty, the theaters (specifically #8) had a foul smell to it and also had small moth type bugs flying around the whole show making the movie one of the least enjoyable I've ever experienced in a B&B theater and I've been coming to these theaters since I was a little girl. On top of cleanliness, a lot of their machines were out of certain sodas and some of the butter dispensers were not working. The trash cans were full to the brim and seasonings were everywhere. Mind you, we got here at 11 a.m. on a Sunday. These pictures are from immediately after our movie, but the condition of the theater was not much better than this before our movie started. I'm honestly disturbed to think of how things look where customers CAN'T see. 🤢 I wish I had gotten a better picture of the amount of popcorn that was on the floor.....

DO NOT USE A GIFT CARD ONLINE!

I took my kids to see Jumanji last Friday (1/10/20 at 7:15pm) evening. I ordered my tickets online. My total came to $37.01 for one adult ticket, two children's tickets and the online processing fee. I used a $25 gift card and paid the additional $12.01 on my personal card. When we showed up, our reservation was not there. I thought it was strange that I never received an email confirmation so I also thought maybe it didn't go through. I checked my bank account right then and there to be sure and the $12.01 had, in fact, come out of my account. The lady called for a manager and they explained that this happens sometimes with the gift cards online and advised that I would have to re-order my tickets and that unfortunately, the seats I reserved were no longer available. I showed the manager the that the original $12.01 charge had went through (on my phone) and he advised it would be credited back and if not, to send an email to them. I ended up having to repurchase the tickets and they applied a $25 credit (since my gift card now showed a zero balance indicating the earlier charge when through) leaving me again to pay the balance on my card. Fast forward a few days and I never received the credit. I sent an email as instructed and have not heard anything. I wanted a couple of days and tried calling today. The phone system is automated and then my call was discontinued. I just sent a second email to try and get my original purchase of $12.01 back. I know it isn't much but it is silly that I have to jump through this many hoops when the manager even commented that it was an error on their end. So why did I even have to repurchase tickets if this is a know problem and I verified my charge? So, don't think you are saving yourself and time or hassle by pre-ordering online. If I ever go back I will never make an online reservation again. I will just take my chances that they have space...

I came here today with my fiance and I loved it! The employees are very nice. They got me 5 dollars off my popcorn with my rewards and when I lost my phone, a young man cleaning the theater took the time to help me find it. He was very nice as were everyone else. Deadpool was very fun and I enjoyed the movie, the atmosphere, and everything. Thank you, bnb for the great time!

Now I scrolled down the reviews and saw many other positive reviews, but also a pretty mean one from someone named Tara Busby. In response to your outrageous review, Tara, I want to correct you on a couple things. In my experience, the employees here are very accommodating and kind. You claim the employee switched his attitude when you tried to explain how to double bag a popcorn? He was probably just confused on what you were trying to say, and once he finally did understand, he had to say no. From my understanding, it's not the popcorn they sell, but the popcorn bag itself. Because they are charging for the bag, yes you would have to pay double for two bags. That is how they do things there. If you don't want butter leaking out of the bag, don't drown your popcorn in ridiculous amounts of butter. And to outright accuse the man of pocketing cash is a serious thing and very awful to say without proof. You don't know that he's doing that, you're just being petty because you didnt get your way, Karen. Thats what little children do, I would know because I have two little girls. Not everyone is going to drop to their knees to serve you, the world doesnt revolve around you, sweetie. Be grateful for the opportunity to watch a movie, don't try to find negativity everywhere you go. That's a sad life to live. These hard working employees deserve...

Unless you're going for the Grand Screen or MX4D, fair warning. A few years ago I would have wrote a 4 or 5 star review for this location. As of late however the quality of the theater has dropped sadly.

Back in April, I went to see Sinners, in theater 6. I was taken aback when I entered the theater. The leather on the seats was wearing out in places, and at least 2 of the double recliners were broken to the point they were caving in middle. So that's already 4 unusable seats... Then was one of the pairs in the back row was covered in plastic, due to rain water leaking in the roof. Also the air conditioning was either not working, or it was on its last leg.

This June I went back to see 28 Years Later. My friends and I were booked for theater 8. I walked in and immediately turned around due to the air conditioning being fully broken. Keep in mind it was probably about 90 degrees outside so the inside was well over 80. The staff were very nice about everything, and we were able to get passes in order to go to the B&B Northland 14 so we could go to a showing that wouldn't' be hours later. I was informed the air conditioning in 6 and 8 were not working, and I thought it was crazy that 6 was still not working several months later.

If you go to this location, and you get booked for theater 6 or 8, I'd advise you to go to a different showing. I find it disappointing the Grand Screen seems to be the only theater I've been in recently that was well taken care of. Granted I haven't been in many of the other theaters, but the odds were crazy I'd get 2 of the bad apples out of the 3 movies I've seen in the last 3 months.

Unless I'm going for Grand Screen I'll probably stick to...
