I enjoy a delicious butter burger and usually I don't have an issue with Culver's but they need to invest in some umbrellas or a canopy over the drive through area for when it rains. When it's busy ,this particular location has you pull up to wait for your food after you pay and then a worker will bring your food out to you. There is no protocol or common sense being employed here when there is heavy rain coming down. Paper bags absob water very easily. I don't want my overpriced food to be in a wet paper bag. Either put that brown.papwr bag in a plastic bag or get an umbrella when you walk out the food. My biggest issue is the ice cream cups. The lids have an oversized hole. Guess what ? When it's raining that rain is filling up that cup more. I don't want a concrete nixed with rain . Have some common sense. Put a covered lid on it or again get your workers to use an umbrella or better yet get a canopy over the drive through area where you'll be carrying out food to the customers. Chick-fil-A across the...
Read moreWow why haven't i been coming here a long time ago.......this place has it ALL. Fish, shrimp, pot roast, roast beef, chicken, pork tenderloin, grilled chicken, salads, soups year round, soft serve ice cream and hand dipped ice cream, kids meals and I've never had anything we didn't like. Kids meals come with a free scoop of ice cream you can get then or come back another day with the coupon on the bag. Another great touch is you order at the counter and then sit down and they bring you your food, which works good for me when i have 4 little ones by myself. I can get them settled at the table before the food gets there. I can't even explain the amazing staff. Everyone really went above and beyond what you would expect at a fast food place. Idk if it's just this location or shift but not just 1 but every employee was smiling, happy, enthusiastic and wanting to help in any way they could. Absolutely wonderful for...

I saved the sweet and tangy honey mustard for the buttery pretzel bites, which was delicious.
While the rootbeer is the star of the fountain drinks, I wanted something less sweet, and the brewed unsweetened tea hit the spot.
I skipped the dessert this trip, but a concrete with vanilla custard and caramel and peaches is a...
