Happy Rock Smoke Shop — Attraction in Liberty

I came into the store to purchase a vape pen recently and was told to keep the box that it came in in case there was any problems. The pen has had issues since I bought it And thought that it was possibly the cartridges that you fill the liquid in but that didn't change how it was working only half the time. I actually love it when it does work correctly so when having these problems decided to go up and purchase a second one. The 2nd one I purchased has worked absolutely fine but when i took the 1st 1 backup in the Box like i was told, They proceeded to tell me that it was working fine at that point and there was nothing that they could do. Now I have to hold the pen And the cartridge when using it half the time in order for me to be able to use it. I used to refer everyone to this shop and I actually purchase something from them at least 5 times a month. After today's visit I will no longer be shopping there due to not standing behind their policy. I understand that it works here and there but I didnt pay for something to only work half time amd to be told nothing can be done for me except lose out on the money seems like they don't stand behind what they tell their customers. This place is freaking great, as far as vape shops go. Maybe it's because I'm from a tiny, rural town in KS, but they have EVERYTHING. And the $5 table has some pretty decent finds. I mean, yeah, the juices have been opened half the time, or they're not 100% full, or probably expire in like 1 week, but it's $5, who cares?! The girls who work there are all super sweet, although, I have to say, I have had my concerns about their...wellbeing...we'll say...from time to time. Haha. And their general lack of full pieces of clothing in the middle of winter. But hey, if you've got it like that, girl, flaunt it, cuz it ain't gonna look like that forever! 😂 Anyway, superb vape shop. I can't think of a single time I've gone in there looking for something specific and they didn't have it. I'm a huge cat lady, too, so I'm totally tempted to check out the cat cafe next door, too. Recently went in and was informed, after picking something up to take a closer look, that customers aren’t allowed to handle the pieces. Not a big deal, but at the same time, if you put the signs below knee level, I’m not going to pay attention. When I was finally shown a piece that I was interested in, I pointed out that it was cracked, and the employees proceed to tell me it wasn’t, but also, handed me another identical piece, that wasn’t cracked. I purchased a piece that was painted, and not actually colored glass, and now the paint is peeling off. Cheap products, poor customer relations, bad location, can’t look at the product close enough in order to tell if it’s worth the doubled price, as I could easily get the same piece off the internet for cheaper.
