Kirkland's Home — Attraction in Liberty

so years ago Kirkland's was my "go to" for home decor. I used to try to stay out of there so I wouldn't spend money! Life is easier now but I have lots of choices where to spend my money. I order online often, it is easy fast and if it isn't what I wanted simple to return for a full no hassle refund. I was shopping for a picture to match my new decor, after 3 trips I was ready to make a purchase at Kirklands only to find out it was a "final sale" !! it was a markdown in fine condition!! Why in this competitive climate was it a final sale? no credit given at all if it didnt match even of it was quick, undamaged and with a receipt!!The manager said it was a recent change!! really???I Kirklands management has got to keep up with the times!! why oh why would I choose to shop...

I recently visited Kirklands for the first time and filled my office with great pieces! I had wonderful customer service at the Liberty, MO store - WOW! A few weeks later, I returned an item I had ordered online and unfortunately it is their policy to not return any rewards used. Checked out Kirkland for the first time. They are having some Sale right now but things have been so expensive lately. A square pillow is selling at $40 but there will be 25% given to the item. Overall the decor is gearing towards rustic design and it would be good place for many people here in Midwest.
