I rarely leave reviews, but after my experience with these place I am compelled to share. I LOVE this place! The first time I came here I had 4 phones that needed repair (I know, it's a problem) but only wanted to get 2 of them back in working order for m and Mt daughter. The fella I spoke with (I wish I got his name), thouroughly checked and diagbosed each phone and, very patiently, explained my options and prices. I picked 2 of the 4 that were in my budget. Because they are older phones, Samsung s20 fe and LG ThinQ G7, the parts that needed to be replaced needed to be ordered. And, because it was Saturday, it would be Monday when they arrived, making the final repair finishes by Monday night/Tuesday day. I, unfortunately, wanted them sooner than that, so I purchases a few accessories, left and then made a mistake. I took the phones over to another repair place, that I won't name, but let's just say that if IBreak then TheyFix.... Completely opposite experience. I'm not here to leave that place a bad review, but suffice it to say that not only was it more expensive, but it ended up.taking longer than if I had just been patient enough for Techy, and I only had the Samsung repaired.I didn't get the phone back until Thursday! The following weekend I went back to see my friend at Techy, told him my grave error, and begged for forgiveness. He laughed, went ahead and ordered the parts for the G7 (which is for my daughter) and gave me a realistic time-line. Not only was the phone ready earlier than he promised (Monday night) they texted me to ask color.preference and to let me know when it was ready! Communication AND reliability what??? Amazing. I dropped by today to look at phone cases and talked with Adi about the speakers they have out now, he explained what the cool.kids are into these days after I explained I ain't hip no more😆 I put 2 of them on their payment deal. All in all, if SomeoneBreaks a phone, let...

The above review is completely false. I did not write this review, nor did I give anyone consent to post it on my behalf.
AVOID THIS PLACE! I took my phone in for a screen repair and was ripped off with a $300 bill for subpar work. Not only did they damage the back of my phone, but the repair job itself is faulty. The phone:
Doesn't work half the time S Pen doesn't work anymore Turns on and off randomly Screen becomes distorted and blanks out
To add insult to injury, they impersonated me by writing fake reviews under multiple email accounts without my consent. This is a serious invasion of privacy and I feel violated.
When I requested a refund due to the phone still not working and the unauthorized reviews, they refused, offering to fix the phone instead. However, I've lost all trust in their ability to do the job right. Given their unprofessional behavior, I'm concerned about how many others they've taken advantage of.
Their actions may have crossed legal boundaries, and I believe they've committed identity theft by writing reviews in my name...
Read moreHello, I wanted to ask if you could unlock my new iPhone 11 Pro Max. I bought it for cash a month ago from a black lady who told me that the iPhone is unlocked and will work on any network. It's my first iPhone. I immediately went to the metro t-mobile told me that the phone is locked. The iPhone is erased after turning on the iPhone. At the top right, where the network should be, it says SOS. I paid $20 online to check what network this iPhone is. It turned out to be an iPhone with Xfinity. I called Apple support 5 times I talked to 20 agents from Xfinity, I don't need the Internet, I thought that if I change the metro to Xfinity, they will unlock my iPhone, they told me that if I don't have an account with them, they can't do anything, none of my friends have an account in Xfinity, I'm disappointed with the iPhone system, that such I will have problems, I lost $370, it was my Christmas gift, then people are surprised that someone lost his nerve and brought justice to this or that person on his own hand, I won't go to the...
