Madida Clothing — Attraction in Lincoln

I wish I could give zero stars. I always have the worst experience here. Their return policy is horrible and they are not kind about it. Apparently anything that is over 20% off is final sale but that isn’t something they tell all of their customers. I bought a size medium dress for me and it was so small it didn’t even fit my friend that is a size extra small. They would not even give me store credit because of the aweful and inaccurate sizing. Super disappointed in this store especially since there aren’t a lot of options in Lincoln. Very unfortunate. If I were you I would skip the trip here and save your money. Never...

The lady who helped my girlfriend with her clothing was increasingly short-tempered and rude the longer we remained in the store. This eventually escalated to the women kicking my girlfriend out of a dressing room, to allow another patron into the room without notice. People in this industry need to be patient and timely, which she surely was not. I am disappointed with this experience considering we had heard great things. Additionally, The environment is not comforting or respectful due to the attitude of the workers. If I could give this Madida Clothing 0 stars, I would. I absolutely love this store. Reilly, has been so amazing to work with. She is never pushy but she always picks me out super cute things. She helps me find casual stuff as well as cute things for all of my vacations.
