Milepost Venue — Attraction in Little Elm

1 star is all I can give. Had a birthday celebration at this venue, the place is clean and neat, but not WOW! Just to say the owner is a scam! My experience was not as great,I booked the place for 4hrs and she told us on the phone that we could do decor 2hrs before the event yet changed on the day and said 1 hr before, this ate into the party time yet we added another hour since she had our $200 holding fee. She was to deduct $100 and repay back the $100 to my acc but to no avail giving useless and baseless reasons. The party was to end at 12am and we started packing up and cleaning before the said time. We packed and cleaned the place and left just before 1am, all guests were gone we placed the trash out side the door besides a trash can as her instructions were not clear as to where trash must go! The back door she claims where trash goes was not mentioned in the instructions and secondly was locked. It was indeed a beautiful place to host my event. The owner answered all my questions, they were polite and flexible. Being able to visiting the venue prior to my event was great. The space is beauiful, Toilets clean and love the location. Overall, booking was great, the prices are great and my guest loved the space. I will definitely be coming back for more...
