LOFT — Attraction in Little Rock

I’ve been shopping at the Loft for years!! I asked Catherine to use the restroom, she said I would have to go to Ulta across the way because the don’t have a public restroom. Now I’ve been shopping here for over a decade and I always use the restroom. Catherine was very unprofessional! As my mom and walked in she greeted us as if we weren’t supposed to be there.
