The Container Store — Local services in Little Rock

We had The Container Store install a custom closet in our Master Closet and were 100% pleased. I did an inquiry on the website and was almost immediately contacted by a designer. I was able to meet with Adam in store the same day and he worked out a great design. I went back the next day to request a couple of changes and he was very accommodating. Ordering the product was easy and it was ready for pick-up quickly. I was promptly contacted by the installer, Tim who was able to install the closet a day earlier than planned. He even picked up the product for us. Installation was perfect. He was very courteous and professional and made sure I was 100% comfortable with the layout before he left. I also received follow-up from The Container Store the next day to ensure I was completely satisfied. I paid much less for the closet than I expected and could not be happier. Really wish they had a 2nd location (NLR would be nice) but they don't. No one working there offered to help me or even approach me for help and I was searching diligently. Really disappointed when I went today Jan 17, 2020, (first time in a while) because I needed a lidded bucket type container with handles like the one I got there before. Unfortunately they didn't have them anymore and nothing even closely like it. The store looked far more "emptier" than I ever saw it. Was always able to get ANY kind of container there, but not so anymore. 😥 At least I saw "Made in Japan" on a lot of items (plastic) instead of "Made in China ". Honestly, this store used to scare me; I’ve never been organized! But, I’m turning a room into my crafting spot and had seen some of their containers highly rated for my needs. I was their first customer at 10 in the morning and was walking out one happy customer 30 minutes later. If you are like me, and need to see what a container is holding, this is a MUST visit store. I took 12 x 12 books of paper with me to make sure they’d fit. Their scissors are stainless steel and are sharp! I love my rolling cart - be sure to buy some containers that fit the cart - they even sell pegboards for the sides of the cart. I’ll be going back for sure. I wish NWAR...
