Worker was spraying Lysol all while two workers were trying to prepare food. This same worker restocked the pineapples with the same gloves she was cleaning with. She sprayed Lysol on our food. We got a refund and walked out and the lady behind us walked out. I asked her why not spray the towel then wipe. I believe she was spraying deliberately. And the other two workers seemed scared of her. She clearly bullied the girl making our sandwiches. She did not have a pleasant demeanor.

On July 9th between 11:45am - 1pm. I can’t remember the exact time, but I’m sure it was between those hours. Me and my mom stopped in for brunch. As the worker was making our sandwiches, another worker came out cleaning. Spraying Lysol and wiping down. Well she turned and sprayed Lysol on me and my mom’s sandwiches as the girl was making them. She sprayed it directly in the direction of our food. I saw the mist go on our food and all over the prepped food on the sandwich station. She then sprayed Lysol on the sandwich toaster and right after that the girl making our sandwiches went to toast our sandwiches. I immediately brought this to my mom’s attention because she’s elderly, and she didn’t see it happen. We refused the food and got a refund. As I was telling the other two girls, who were really nice, what had happened, the girl who sprayed the Lysol began to argue with me. I wasn’t going to argue because she knew what she had did. And as we were walking out the girl who sprayed the Lysol said “have a nice day” no remorse or anything. How would she like it if she goes somewhere with her mom and they’re treated that way. TERRIBLE SERVICE... The start of the bad experience was when I had to tell the cashier he's short $20 of my change. No apology and I seen the attitude when he corrected the issue. Next he made the 2 smoothies and one of the lids was halfway off and messy on the lid which I wiped off. I could have got ignorant but my mind said get it and go. So when I got home my wife said look at this. He didn't even blend the fruit up good at all and it tasted like he put a extra amount of pepper in it ... I get my drink and it was damn near like water. I'm headed to work and had time presented itself I would have went directly back for a refund. This was our 2nd day trying because last night it was considered a great experience. I'm reading some of these comments and it sounds like we may be dealing with the same person.. The lady last night was very nice but this man today seemed lazy and very out of order. I hope you guys take a further look.We really was impressed last night but from here on out if he's at the register you will not get my money and I will definitely let friends and family know as well. With that type of representation that only leads to disaster. WASTE OF TIME...

Have been wanting to try this for a while and we finally decided to give it a go! We were very excited to try it. We pick it up and my husband smoothie tasted terrible! It was not good at all! We went back in and asked for a refund and they said they do not do refunds but offered to make him a different smoothie and asked what he wanted. After figuring it out, they went to make it and the lady at the register said “I can give this one to you for 50% off!” THEY WERE GOING TO MAKE HIM PAY FOR A NEW SMOOTHIE! No refund and then have to pay for a new one! Horrible customer service!!! We called the main corporate number and spoke to a nice lady! When I explained the situation, she said that is not how they do business but since this location is private owned, so they can make their own rules but she agreed that is not the way you do business! She said she was going to reach out to the manager for this location and the manager from this location should call me.
