I went in because my iPad was charging at an angle. They tested it and told me that is was the charging port. They said it would be ready the next day. Before I walked away I told the guy you will call me tomorrow when it's ready right and he said of course. Well he never called. I had to call two days later. And he asks me to go in shop so he can explain that it's a motherboard issue and it's going to cost a lot of money I should just buy a new one. Then they tried to persuade me to trade my old ipad for one of two used iPads that they had in stock. One of them had property of a school on the back. And they said let's make a trade it will be this much I said no and then they brought the price down again. I said no and picked up the iPad the next day. They completely broke the iPad. It doesn't work anymore. Before we could charge it at an angle and it worked no problem. The charging at an angle was a little annoying. But they completely ruined it which doesn't make sense. I don't think they knew what they were doing. It had scratch marks and the home bottom is ruined. You can't even use the touch screen at all. I really would like to know what excuse they have for completely breaking the iPad. I have attached pictures....
Read moreThe first time I came in the manager was very nice took care of us… I had to come back in because I had water damage to my screen since it wasn’t a true apple part the water damaged the screen ok whatever.. so I paid to get a new screen on April 15th.. LITERALLY 4 days later I plug my phone in and the bottom of the screen turned black and I lost half of me screen out of no where… just plugged it in! I brought my phone back thinking because he was nice the 2 other times he would replace it since I LITERALLY just bought a screen and no… not his fault not his problem…. I work in customer service myself and stand by my work. This gentleman is only in it for the money not to satisfy a customer. I will not recommend this company to anyone because a dollar sign is more important than making sure a costumer is satisfied and hoping for...
Read moreIf I could leave a negative star I would. My wife and I have been repeat customers here for about a year. We have paid for 3 different services, all those times were great experiences. They put a screen in my wife’s I phone last Monday, 4-15-24. She plugged her phone into the charger and the screen went haywire on Friday, 4-19-24. They are trying to say she dropped it. We were literally laying in bed when she plugged it in, no visual damage not even a scratch. The screens they use are not genuine, and they will not warranty them if they mess up within days apart. My wife needs her phone for work like most and we were hoping on this Sunday evening that they would stand behind their products.
