If I could give 0 I would. The worse experience ever!!. After placing my order at 639pm at 750pm I still did not have my order.... I was told 20 mine I get it it was Friday night they were kinda busy.i ordered 1 pizza 2 crazy bread and 1 pepperoni cheese bread. Mt cheese bread was ready and left out on the counter at 705pm I was told they were waiting for my pizza. At 735pm my crazy bread was put out on the counter. Was still waiting on my missing pizza... the mean while folks were coming in placing orders and getting their food. So when I asked about my pizza the kid pulled it out of the warmer where it had been sitting for over 20 min. At that point I asked for a refund and was told without a receipt I couldn't get one. I didn't have a receipt due to the kid working couldn't get the printer to work. After getting off from a retail job I was trying to be understanding.. but that pushed me over the edge.. the managers gave me a hard time for their employees mess up. I did get a refund no apology. I have ordered one of these before and it was covered in pineapple and covered in ham to warrant the extra $3. I didn't open it since it was hot until I got it home. A mile and a 1/2 up the road, but still with the traffic.This time of day , it was impossible to bring it back. Dinner just had to be eaten the way it was. Poor. Quality, Little Caesars. Read moreI attempted to go through the drive thru yesterday. After being in line for 15 minutes and the 2 cars in front of me not moving, I decided to park and order online. It took an hour for me to get my food once I ordered. At some point, I went inside to check and there was a group of people waiting. There was no acknowledgement or apologies from the staff. An upset woman came in and demanded her money back and the assistant manager was extremely rude to her, even cursed at her. It was extremely unprofessional. Even though the customer was angry, her anger was justified as this place advertises that it's pizzas are "hot and ready" and that was clearly not the case. There should have been some compassion from the assistant manager instead of sarcasm and rudeness. The customer service left so much to be desired.
