I am updating my review due to I got an alert in my email that someone liked my review thinking it was the owner responding . NOPE… looking back at all the reviews again THE OWNER only responds back if you click on all the shape. 🙄 As a business you should respond back to all your customers comments no matter if they are GOOD or BAD to let us know that your sorry for what occurred and that if we give you one more chance to get it right it will be worth our time coming back. WE spent our money at your business. We had to pass other restaurants to come to your restaurant and you don’t acknowledge that it’s an issue that we’re having or try to correct it. But it’s my fault for seeing the 🚩but continue to spend money. I learned real quick that day. But on a serious note Google reviews should make your business better and proud of what you do and how people view you. When you’re constantly getting low reviews, that means management need to figure out something and get it right but ignoring customers is not one of them.
Even though I seen the reviews, I wanted to try it out for myself, but my chicken was cooked too hard. My Philly steak was overcooked. My fries was over cooked. Everything tasted like the grease is old. My chicken tenders were way overcooked I would not be spending over $50 again...
Read moreMy husband stopped by to pick up dinner tonight. He ordered my philly with no peppers. After waiting more than 30 minutes and people that came in and placed orders after he did, the cashier asked him what his number was. My husband showed his ticket and the cashier said give me 5 minutes. They brought the order to the counter and immediately my husband said it was wrong because it had peppers on it. The cashier called the OWNER up front. The owner took my plate and proceeded to “pick” the peppers off, with my husband right there watching. When he brought it back my husband told him that was unacceptable and he needed to make another one without peppers. The owner screamed at my husband that he did make another one so my husband called him out for lying. Then he told my husband he would have to wait another 30 minutes for another one. Needless to say after a lot of yelling my husband got his money back and left. How unsanitary for this man to take my sandwich and pick things off that shouldn’t have been on there. I’ve notice a lot of the businesses around are falling apart where customer service is concerned. These owners to remember who is keeping the doors open for them. Read moreI will never return to this location I tried to place a call in order and was placed on hold for over 10 minutes after which I was hung up on after arriving at the location not even a minute later I was told I couldn’t order because they were “closed” and when I explained what happened the “owner/Manager” told me I could order but only wings! I don’t think so I have a whole family to feed that’s why I called in ahead of you closing so you could have my order on the grill before you closed it! For the location you would think it was a great place to eat and it was along time ago but after that and the other day I will NEVER return here the service is so horrible and they should not blame the customer for them being short staffed or the staff being rude. I don’t care about your excuses the paying customer is always right and the fact that the manager didn’t fix the problem reassured the fact that this location is going down hill. I will not be returning. Absolutely RUDE...
