Great Clips — Attraction in Lodi

I have been to this location multiple times but my experience on the most recent visit was not good at all. I walked in and checked in with the help of one of the two hair stylists present there. About 5 minutes later another gentleman walked in and just sat besides me(without checking in). His name was not on the list of customers waiting to be served. Just as my name moved to the top of the list he walked up to the hair stylist at register and started talking to her about checking in. From what I got from their conversation he thought he checked in but was was never checked in by an employee. The hair stylist just went ahead and invited him to be served ahead of me. Without even bothering to offer me an explanation. Only after noticing a look of shock on my face, she said - “he was here even before you walked in” and proceeded to serve him(without even waiting to hear from me). If he was there before I walked in, why was he not checked in and why was his name not on the waiting list. Because of the vague and incomplete explanation I was offered for this out of order servicing of customers and presumptuous conclusion of the employee that I will be okay with such treatment, I walked out without uttering a word. I had a horrible experience here with a man called Kevin. He cut all the curls of my son hair and left the hair very short, when we told him clearly we just wanted the sides short, the hair before was nice just very long, and my son look ugly after the hair cut. My son was sad and I was very unhappy, I complained and I told him I will sue him because I was upset and unhappy and he had no reason to cut all the hair when we told him it was just the sides. I told him he did not follow the instructions, he said there is nothing he can do instead of apologizing which should be right thing to do if you damage someones hair. He called the police instead and complained to them I yelled to him and told them I did not want to give my child information like if I should be required to give this info for a hair cut. I do not understand why I would need to give a stranger my child name , phone number and address, he is a minor and should not be required to provide this kind of information. I was going to buy shampoos but the the way I been treated here I would never going back...

It was cheap and the stylist worked really hard on my hair and did a great job my stay was prompt however the workers are so gossipy and unrestrained ROFL they didn' t try to do too much and worked with me not being too particular about the kind of haircut I wanted, my hair is super easy to do even when it is super springy and hasn' t been done in a while but the y are illequipped and not as prepared when dealing with black folks hair. Good thing it was cheap. $15 no tip they'll be very frank with you yes I come in with my hair as messed up as can be because I am not into getting my hair done unless it is last resort. Speaking of which it is a quick last resort spot you come in it is clean they are go hard over covid 19 and giving free masks use this spot up till you can' t anymore and pay the bare minimum whether...
