Great mini golf! I went on a Sunday toward the end of the season and they offered unlimited mini golf for $5! I was a little upset because I went on Sunday Sept 22nd (the 2nd to last weekend) and due to my own mistake, thought the entire park was open. Only mini golf and the batting cages were still open and I was lucky I made it for that even. Once I looked back on their FB posts I realized that it wasn't as misleading as I originally thought. They did specify on Sept 15th that it was the last day for "ALL the thrills." Once I got past the fact that I had missed the coasters and karts until next year, I had a great time playing mini golf. It was not a very busy day there, we stayed from about 4:30pm-8pm and we had almost the whole place to ourselves. They advertise a lot of good deals on their FB page and keep it very up to date which I appreciate. I saw a deal for 4 ride, splash and play tickets for $50 that they did several times throughout the summer as well as BOGO go kart and mini golf tickets some days. It seems like an affordable place and I can't wait to go check out the entire park when it opens...
Read moreI thought it would be really cool to ride the oldest roller coaster in the world and it was great it was only an hour and 45 minutes from me. I bought a wristband for unlimited rides thinking I'd get my use out of it by at least riding both roller coasters a few times. I checked their Facebook and their website to see if there was any ride closures and didn't find anything. Both Leap the Dips and Skyliner were closed. Slyliner closed at 6 as we were walking over to it. Leap the Dips had apparantly been closed for a while. So we took a ride on the car ride and the go karts, both were okay. Then played a game of mini golf and went on the paddle boats. At around 7:30 we decided to get something to eat only to be told they aren't serving hot food for the rest of the night and only had drinks and ice cream. I thought that was a bit ridiculous to not serve food at dinner time! At that point we decided we had enough of that place and left. So basically I drove an hour and 45 minutes for a game of mini golf. I don't know how this...
Read moreThis place is ok. It's not the biggest or best park however there are some rides and some things to do(mostly for kids). There was 1 coaster open. Mini golf was ok. The pool area is ok but the slides were closed for the season. Go karts are always fun even tho guy running it was not very friendly. Most staff was polite. Food was decently priced. All I got was 2 ice cream cones for $7. Its a nice park to spend a few hours and for the price ($20 each) cant complain too much. I think it was the people I was with that made the day. I wouldnt drive too far to come here. It was an hour and a half for me and it was a good time but I prob won't be back. At least not anytime soon. That said if you're local give it a shot. The Altoona Curve are right next door. They was giving away tickets with the purchase of an evening pass. I had to work in am so I did not attend game. I'd consider coming back to get free curve tickets and spend a lil bit of time at the park. This place is good, just not great but...
