Ordered online 2 subs and when we went to pick it up the kid working was asking his boss if he could go home early...should've known the service would be crap because the whole order was wrong. When we opened the subs up they were sloppy, soggy and weren't even made right. The kid was so worried about leaving that he didn't pay attention to detail. I guess they though a medium drink would pacify us after the fact. I called and complained, did NOT want anything from them. Keep our money and buy some initiative to do your job better. Kids these days don't take pride in their work yet want $15/hour to do the bare minimum..don't go here. Over priced for...

Great food and great service. But as a customer I am tired of being asked if I’d like to “round up” and “donate to” whatever. It’s getting old as so many retailers are practicing this now. My order was correct. I'm always concerned that ANY food I ordered, would not be what I ordered. I have problems with certain foods, so my orders are specific. Job vwell done!
