I've owed YJB a stellar review for a while now! My fiance Lauren and I have been customers of YJB for about a couple years now. From regular jewelry to engagement, and now our upcoming wedding, YJB has been a tremendously great place to go for ALL of our jewelry needs! They helped design a custom, two-tone rose and white gold engagement ring for my fiance from the ground up. It was a several month long process, my fiance was very particular in the look and style of her ring. YJB was very patient, considerate, and determined to get the look my fiance wanted in her ring. We went through a number of CAD designs. Ultimately YJB came through, and designed a beautiful custom engagement ring that will last a lifetime for my future wife! Not only is it a beautiful ring, but it is incredibly durable. Despite it's beauty and diamond count, we've never had issues with it. The diamonds are very well-set in the band. They've even resized it once already with no issues.

YJB has also a huge part of our upcoming wedding; they designed another custom band for my fiance, and assisted myself in creating a custom band for myself through Lashbrook Designs. I'm beyond happy with my wedding band and the quality of it!

I'll never go to another jewelry store. YJB is my go-to for any jewelry needs now. Versus other run-of-the-mill jewelers, I have never once felt pressured or forced into buying or putting deposits on anything we didn't love. They're an incredibly honest business, and do not fool you with false sales, discounts, or deals on rings, diamonds, or metals. They will sell you high-quality jewelry at fair/current market prices with no gimmicks. They also carry a great inventory and work with great, high-quality brands of jewelry. I give my highest recommendations to family, friends, and all others to come here for any jewelry needs.

Husband bought me a new 14k wg cluster ring worn it for almost 6 weeks diamond fell out, was told bring it in they would take care of it, was to have it back in 7-10 days. Got a call later saying they would not take care of it, there was no warranty, either buy a stone out right or buy the warranty plan. Bought warranty plan, was told it would be an additional 2-3 weeks. Then some called saying it will take up to 5 weeks. As of now they have had my ring 7weeks and still no update to it being fixed. Not happy with their service or how long it’s taking to put a tiny diamond back in. No one calls to update me I call them and the lady is always out of town who handles it. After posting this the owner of your jewelry box contacted me and is personally taking care of the issue with my ring, and gave me his phone number to call him with any questions. I am still waiting for my ring to be fixed.( he mentioned it would be another two weeks) he is going to a different vendor.... the owner did make some adjustments to my account for the inconvenience. I will wait and see So the owner kept his promise fulfilled me getting my ring back in two additional weeks and is gonna take care of my ring going forward. I give the owner 10 stars and great admiration for stepping up and personally handling my situation... had he not I don’t think I would have my beautiful on my finger now... I first saw ads for Your Jewelry Box, then I took some time and went in to get a good look at everything they had and compared prices with about 5 other Jewelry store's and I found that their prices are compatible with some other stores and a bit less (cost) compared to most of the Jewelry store's I was comparing it to(Your Jewelry Box). What will keep me to continue coming is that I enjoy shopping for great deals on anything I need or want , don't we all, but over the holidays I really wanted to be able to get my husband a special gift and Kari was so helpful and understanding of my hopes for his gift to be just so and she did and plus much more.
