Horrible! there is no point in making an appointment because they obviously don't honor it. I called a few days ahead to make an appointment with John it was at 5pm today. I got to the salon at 5 and after 10 minutes of waiting for him he told me he could not see me today because he had someone call at 4 p.m. today to ensure he was available. The person that called came with a friend who also wanted her nails done by John. So John asked me if I can come back at 7:30 p.m. although I made an appointment and the other person did not. I advised I live almost an hour away so that is not feasible and I would just find somewhere else to go. He asked me if I could just wait in person until at least 6:30 and he would try to squeeze me in at that point. I still advise that was not feasible. So he done went to ask the additional person that did not have an appointment if she could come back at 6:30 and she agreed. So he did my nails and rushed through the entire process. I asked for a specific design when I sat in his chair. He did not honor that design, I ask for coffin nails that were medium and length and gel polish. he proceeded to give me square nails until I reminded him that they were coughing nails and they were very long so I asked him if he can cut them down and he did a little so when I asked him to cut them down more so they would be medium in length he said are you sure you want to do that and still only cut a little bit more off. He started doing my design one finger looks great but the other and look like something my daughter would do so I asked him to take that one off and do it like he did the first one he told me he did not have time because the client was on her way back. So the manager came to do my design on my one other finger MD design looks nothing like the one John did so I asked her to take that one off as well. At this point I was fed up they completely disregarded the fact that I asked for a pedicure and reminded them three times while sitting in the chair so I ended up having a random employee just paint my toenails. So for a full set of acrylic nails, gel polish and one design on one finger, and to get my toenails painted and pretty much a waste of my time (2 hours) costed $70. I will never go back!! I called the store the day after to tell them I'm not happy but a man answered saying manager wasn't there and wasn't coming back. He would not give me his name when I asked but told me to come back in that day. I advised I was heading out of town for Valentine's day and won't return until Monday. He told me to just come in then to fix it but they will charge me. They shouldn't have looked like this to begin with. Read moreI've been a regular and have admired Their work. On a visit for fill, pedicure, eyelash, and eyebrow a top eyebrow tech decided to unfortunately be rude because she was over booked. Today 05.08.25 I called to schedule an appointment you info shows on caller ID, the receptionist was told not to schedule me. I've never been difficult. By tell the head lady not to be rude to me because she was over booked and made my eyebrows look unnatural another lady tech had to fix them. Today the staff left my call on live hold over an hour so I could hear the staff was instructed to not schedule me. I've paid for all services and despite the type of service given because I have enjoyed coming here and tipping very well, staff was told to don't schedule me and deny my services. Very unfortunate there's no mistakes here but made by customers only. Very sad to be very talented to not remain professional hence why a non-english language is used across all Nail salons making sure people who don't understand what all they gossip of in front of you is about you. Great talent poor / unprofessional customer service!! Thank you for keeping me on hold over an hour not answering my calls for services. I understand now how even through our own mistakes people will never rectify even their own mistakes. It's the talent I appreciated not trying to pay well just to get turned away. One door closes another one opens! Lesson learned if a customer or tech offend each other talk it out we are trying at least some of us are to become better individuals in any circumstances. Read moreI have been coming here since 2020/2021 John has always done my nails. John is very skilled and can really do designs well. However, I often had issues with chipping and breaking all the time. I have an "office" job and work from home so usually a chipped or broken nail I don't Trip I just want until my fill. About a month ago I came in for a fill as always got it done and left. Same day a nail popped as I was literally picking up a shoe, went to get it fixed and was told to come back. Planned to wait until Monday and on Saturday morning another nail popped. Went back and was treated poorly by another tech when I said I didn't feel I should have to pay. It's been 48 hours since my $70 fill. He goes on a rant about how it's not fair etc. so I told him I'd wait on John. John's wife then turns around and says I'll have to pay him too. John comes and fixes the nails and tells me next time I will have to pay. Sunday morning another nail pops. I go in and pay for repair. That evening I'm lightly scratching my leg and no lie my nail popped.ATP I'm annoying because this now a $90 fill. I go in and pay. They seem annoyed With me. Fast forward to today... I come in to get a pedicure and fill. John is booked so I say anyone else is fine. The owner had the nerve to tell me the other tech was "scared" bc I don't want to pay for repairs. First of all I paid for 2 repairs last time. And why be scared if you intend to do a good job. And to hold this over my head a month later.
