Shortchanged multiple times at this location do not use your credit or debit cards at this location demand your receipt.also noticed I have to request receipt multiple times before receiving one every time . was not given back proper amount in change drive-thru in a hurry they take advantage. by the fourth time went into speak to manager believe it or not. not aggressive I believe in giving people a chance. took them 20 minutes to figure out person working drive-thru did not count proper change. in the meantime did not bother bringing me out my food while I waited patiently outside. gave them a $100 bill order was for $20 simple math same order every day for years unfortunately getting short-changed at this location has been an ongoing issue when I started to explain to manager Kelly this is an ongoing issue she became aggressive shouting why did I not come in before try to explain I go through the drive-thru in a hurry am just making her aware of the situation she did not want to hear it to be clear I do not want or need anything from Culver's just to let them become aware of the situation . she became aggressive slammed my change on the counter and asked me to leave and no she had no plans of rectifying the issue I believe there are multiple employees either in on it or they do not know simple math either way management should have handled that differently we did not even get our ice cream which we paid for tried explaining to her just to let her know judging from her behavior I would think she knows . such a shame my family and I have gone here for years good luck to...
Read moreThey treated my wife terribly! My wife and I came through the drive-thru. My wife had a coupon on her phone and it wouldn't come through so the gentleman didn't know what to do. He went to get a manager she was an African American lady...by the way, my wife is African-American also. The manager, Dominica, said it's no way they would honor the coupon at all and she said next time print it out and bring it. She was rude! My wife said we don't have a way to print it, usually Culvers is fine with a accepting it on her phone. Domenica was very rude anyway, so we drove away from the drive thru. My wife decided that she was going to buy something anyway, but didn't want the poor treatment at the drive-thru so my wife went inside and there she was (Dominica) talking to two other workers (Melinda and Kiersten) one I guess was another manager. Dominica was saying so many negative and degrading lies about my wife. She indicated that my wife was trying to use coupons that she didn't even have. Domenica told outright lies she implied that my wife was being fraudulent she implied that there was some kind of criminal activity. Read moreI do not recommend this place, who knew when I stated everything on my burger except onions meant it would come with such a surprise; a used, folded up, bandaid with blood spots on it. I called the restaurant and requested to speak with a manager and first got an employee impersonating to be the manager, which later did connect me with a manager. I was offered a meal replacement which of course I declined, at this point I don't want any food as I already took bites of this contaminated burger and clearly disgusted. The next day s/w manager, Amanda, stated she watched the video from their cameras and every employee has gloves on. She stated not sure how the bandaid appeared on the burger. I clarified with her, that the bandaid was not mine and clearly my food was prepared there. Which is concerning, as this means that this bandaid was removed in the kitchen area where food is handled.
