Some background: I've been going to Sarah for 4 years. I'm 45 years old and deal with hair loss and grey hair from perimenopause and life in general. I get 18-20" IBE (invisible bead extensions) 2 rows. Now for the review: I like my rows moved up often, about every 4-5 weeks so with that and coloring my greys, I see Sarah every 2-3 weeks. Booking appointments with her is a breeze. She sends text reminders a few days before, which is a big help. Her time management is top tier. I never have to wait for her and never feel rushed in the chair. Over the past 4 years, we've gone every shade of brown all the way to platinum blond. With all the coloring, she always manages to keep my hair healthy. She is diligent about continuously learning about the hair industry and ways to better her craft, which I love. Who wants to go to a stylist using outdated trends? I always leave my appointments loving the job she's done. On a personal note: I adore Sarah. She has a kindness about her that isn't just surface-level - it's real, and it shows in everything she does. She has a natural charm, warmth and sense of humor that instantly puts you at ease. Kelly was an absolute dream to work with for my wedding! She did my hair, my bridesmaids, and my mom. The entire process of a consult, trial, to the actual day herself was seamless. As a bride planning a wedding in IL from CO, Kelly was extremely accommodating and flexible in her scheduling which made everything 10x easier. Her communication was wonderful and she was able to bring everyones vision to life for their hair.
