online Jersey order* Beware - Bought an "authentic" NFL youth jersey online for $89.99 full retail as a gift for my 12yo daughter. Received it and seemed fine, didn't really look at the players numbers closely, as I've had many of these youth jerseys for my kids. Washed it once and noticed colors were transferring onto the white lettering. Emailed the company, Dan responded and sent out another (said they had to be ordered). When the new one came weeks later, I took a closer look, the numbers seemed off. I compared to my other son's Nike jersey (from Nike) for the SAME PRICE and the players numbers and letters are completely different quality. I emailed the company back and explained I knew what they were doing. Pro Jersey sports is ordering "blank" jerseys from Nike and pressing their own numbers and names to save a buck! Guess who pays for the poor, unauthentic quality of the numbers/name? Us, the consumer. All so that Pro Jersey sports can improve their bottom line. I specifically tried to shop local and was bamboozled for an authentic jersey at the retail cost, when in fact I received a blank jersey with homemade lettering and player #'ing. if you want to make your own jerseys with poor quality, I suggest not charging the same price as the actual, authentic jerseys. Update 7/1/2025 - thank you for your response, although the act of "good faith" was by sending me an exactly same quality jersey. I do not believe what you are saying as regardless of a stocked player or not, you are claiming it is a "Nike Printed" jersey, which is false. These letters and numbers are not printed by Nike. As a measure of "good faith" my $ should be refunded, to match the value of the jersey you sold me, which is about $25 as I can get a similar quality on Facebook Marketplace by a basement creator. Let me start by saying i have been a sports collector and buying authentic hats,jersey's,football helmets and more for over 40 years so know one knows more about authentic and just how it should look then myself.I would also say i am one of the best for finding flaws or if something is not the way it should be i just expect things that perfect! I have been going to Pro Jersey for many years because they have it all there "WOW" what a store and if they do not have it they will find a way to get it.I have bought several authentic White Sox and a Ron Santo jersey from them and i looked at those jersey's top to bottom front and back and everyone was "FLAWLESS" i have never seen anything like it in my life.Then i had them make me up a home red authentic Patrick Kane jersey and it looked so amazing i did not want to wear it but i did not stop there i had to have the road white one.So they made me a authentic Kane white jersey and like all of the other jersey's it was flawless.Then it was just this past week i asked Dan if he could get me a Notre Dame Bar stool but i needed it a.s.a.p. and like he always does he found a way and i had the bar stool in 2 days.I can never just walk in there without leaving with something Pro Jersey just has so much to offer and when it comes to putting the customer first there is not a better team then Dan and his staff.I "ALWAYS" feel they are bending over backwards and going out of their way for me every time and because of that i have the most highest respect for every one there.If you want something you can't find and you want the "BEST" take it from someone that knows his stuff and shop at Pro...

Poor customer service. Ordered a jersey, forgot to place name and number so emailed them right away to add name and number. Was sent a link to pay the difference, tried twice and didn't work. Emailed them with the issue, and was given some vague answer about how the link didn't work and asked me to try again. Next morning, the link still did not work and I emailed again. Got a response back saying the jersey was shipped already (without the name and number)! Emailed them again and was told that they could send the name and number in a separate parcel and give me instructions to iron on myself. Well, that was OK I guess, so I said to proceed and send me another link to pay the difference. Then I was told that I could pay the difference when I make my next order. I was assuming that they were making up for the mistake. However, 2 weeks after receiving the jersey, still no name and number. So I emailed again and was told that I never placed "the next" order so they didn't send it to me! Are you kidding me!? I emailed back saying that I would not consider ordering another jersey because of poor customer service, but would like to have the name and number and pay the difference.
