United States Postal Service — Attraction in Lomita

I come to this location pretty often and for the most part the staff is pretty friendly and helpful except for this one older Hispanic or Latino woman. I'm a fair and nice person and like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but this lady time and time again is rude and just seems unhappy. When i have a package weighing more then 20lbs she's quick to complain that the package is too heavy. Well, sorry lady but the weight limit their is 70lbs and if you can't lift this weight you shouldn't be working there. This lady is there most of the time and she's pretty easy to notice. She looks unhappy, ignores people when they ask questions unless you know her name she'll pretty much ignore you and act like she doesn't hear you. I've seen her be friendly to people she knows but if your a stranger she doesn't know you will get the cold shoulder treatment. I will update this post with her name hoping she may one day read this post. I like this location other than this particular employee. Honestly there should always be a man working there at all times just in case there is a package that weighs 60lbs plus, these woman can't lift this...

The most ridiculous us post office I ever went just today because it is close my work. I came in with 50 lb pkg. ask them help to package my stuff. They said no box you have provide it as ready to go. Ok fine. I do not bring tape. I ask if I can borrow a tape from your store. They said you have to buy, we are not offering tape. Ok fine. I thought they run of the roll something. I went to the shelf saw a small regular tape. I asked it is all you are having? How can i package is like a 121212 box with small office tape. I m shipping a heavy duty printer and computer..I am speechless. I share my story is not I have bad feeling. Here is the thing, if all us post office has the same issue I am ok with that. However I went a us post office yesterday close to my home. They provide priority type with all inventory. Thank you to serve all your loyal customer. The Narbonne post office is the most terrible store I ever experienced. Manager is mean, staff is mean, store is cheap, donot know why this store...

This Post Office has disappointed me and my Family tremendously.. We never had an issue before but up until recently the past 6 months or so .. The staff (mailman\ladies) have become so sloppy.. I have complained and complained over and over about recent issues... Our mail is not delivered correctly it is constantly misplaced.. They just throw the mail in any ones box.. Without even paying attention to what they are doing... Sometimes a neighbor will come and deliver our mail and vice versa we will do the same.. But other times Nothing! Sometimes were lucky to find it thrown by the mailbox somewhere.. Where it's personal and sensitive information inside.. This is soo inconvenient for us as we have had to chase around our mail.. Ive contacted Managers before and all they say is well look into it.. I'm beyond frustrated with this " New Staff " and have even considered moving..
