I come to this location pretty often and for the most part the staff is pretty friendly and helpful except for this one older Hispanic or Latino woman. I'm a fair and nice person and like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but this lady time and time again is rude and just seems unhappy. When i have a package weighing more then 20lbs she's quick to complain that the package is too heavy. Well, sorry lady but the weight limit their is 70lbs and if you can't lift this weight you shouldn't be working there. This lady is there most of the time and she's pretty easy to notice. She looks unhappy, ignores people when they ask questions unless you know her name she'll pretty much ignore you and act like she doesn't hear you. I've seen her be friendly to people she knows but if your a stranger she doesn't know you will get the cold shoulder treatment. I will update this post with her name hoping she may one day read this post. I like this location other than this particular employee. Honestly there should always be a man working there at all times just in case there is a package that weighs 60lbs plus, these woman can't lift this kind of weight.
