A really beautiful place since they restored it. The place is a natural wetland, and serves as a hatchery for fish to come in from the ocean and lay their eggs. Always a popping crowd in the summertime - good for swimming and having a barbecue. Beware of the jellyfish. I was there one time, and there was a school of probably 100 (it was rare, but it happens). Cool place for an afternoon or early morning stroll as well.
