Chiki Fruit and Bionicos — Restaurant in Long Beach

I place three orders and female staff that helped me only had 1 correct but in all fairness the other two were same order. So when she ask what we wanted to order I pointed out a pictured item and I was like I want it exactly like this minus the coconut. It was basically ice condense milk, strawberry and banana's from what the picture shows and she ask me what flavor and I was like vanilla. I ordered this item before and had no problem. When I received order I only got shaved ice, vanilla flavor and a lot of condense milk which made it really sweet I ask her where the fruits and stuff are but she told me there's different kinds and I was like I pointed at that one and I said exact minus the coconut, so what's the confusion? So instead of remaking it she decides to give me a side of strawberries and I guess she forgot the bananas. She should have just prepared it...

i absolutely LOVE this little hole in the wall spot. the esquite sent me to heaven, the acai bowl is perfect, their smoothies are fresh and delicious 😋 all the fruit options make it great for vegetarians. the service is a little slow tbh because it seems like it's usually just one person making your order, so that's something to be mindful of if you're in a rush.

the only real downside for me is that their prices aren't listed on the menu. it's definitely affordable but i would like to know how much i'm paying...

I'm sorry to write this review, but I'm very disappointed in the 10 dozen tamales I purchased this Christmas. Chiki was recommended by a friend after I tried 3 other tamale makers. I came in the week early and purchased a few red pork to try. They were very good, so I ordered my Christmas eve order. Unfortunately what I ordered was not the same as what I sampled. My order had way too much masa to filling, like 10/90 %. The flavor and quality was very good but the masa to filling ratio was way off. I will not...
