The cashiers at this place usually have a haughty attitude and now I understand why. The owner is a 1st class jerk. After calling in my order because they take forever preparing it without fail, I arrived and parked and walked to the Tierra Mia next door to them to pick up a drink to enjoy with my food. Apparently, he does not think highly of customers in the area as he doesn’t believe we can read signs. How dare we be free to think for ourselves and make our own decisions. The owner feels the need to drive up to me and tell me I cannot park at his parking lot as it is for customers only. With the way he approached me, I responded I was a customer to both places and he should mind his own business. Well, even after letting him know I’m a CUSTOMER of his establishment, he STILL felt the need to get off his vehicle and walk over into the establishment I was now in. He starts YELLING at me trying to bully me . I yelled back at him as he does not deserve my respect at this point, and advised him I had already ordered and was picking up. He ignores that and continues to yell over me to the workers at Tierra Mia pointing out how “ignorant” I was as if he knows anything about my education level. To this I said , “you just lost a customer” and his response was he DIDN’T CARE. So, YOU didn’t lose one customer, you lost many. Your a* does not get to get into a persons face like a bully and berate a customer and get away with that unprofessional behavior. Lead by example buddy. Get off your high horse and maybe YOU yourself won’t end up looking like the Ignorant a* you made yourself to be. Its a walk-up and order or get your food establishment. Order options available: Online, in-person or call. Pretty robust menu options available. Staff was friendly and appeared to be happy. Time from order till ready was reasonable, 15 min, this was the time it told me when I ordered online, so that's when I went. Free parking is available for 3-5 cars, might be able to pull up jump out n grab food n go, when parking is full (depending on busy time). I had a wet burrito, it was big and taste was fine. I ate half for dinner and half for lunch the following day, I also had an order of fries.
