Tierra Mia Coffee Drive Thru — Restaurant in Long Beach

The employees make it hard to enjoy the taste of your coffee. Not how you’d want to start off your morning.

I’m from out of town and every time i visit, i get tierra mia. But this location needs a staff change. All i did was POLITELY asked the girl if she could wipe off my drink because it had syrup all over. I usually notice it too late and it drips on my clothes already but i tried to ask her before this time “can you wipe it off a little please” and for some reason she was talking to someone else and opened the window laughing and gave me back my drink still dirty so i was noticeably confused. She said “oh don’t worry I’ll give you a napkin” with a smurk on her face.

I did not understand why her and her coworker both thought it was ok to give me a dirty drink and laugh about it. Especially when I was being polite about it, i don’t get why they have such bitter people working here.

They failed to give/offer me a receipt and i waited for someone to come back to the window and even after trying to waive they didn’t even come back.

I had the worse costumer service in my life here, the drive thru worker had a horrible attitude since the speaker, i drove up to the window and noticed it more, i asked her why do you have such a bad attitude and she replied cause i can and want to, i asked her for her name she said she wasn't going to give it so i asked to speak to a manager or supervisor she said good luck until i was feed up and asked to talked to someone else that wasn't her, she went with someone else they both laughed the other worker came said to just come in the morning and tried then, i asked her to give me the first workers name she said they don't do that there!! It is really sad that they are giving this poor service in a nice area but what do you expect even the way they dress is unprofessional there making this place look like trash i hope management can notice and...

seeing a good location go down is sad. when i first came here i enjoyed it sm. but all of a sudden it just got worse & worse. they haven’t been getting my order right. when i do correct (NICELY) and let them know . they don’t even fix the problem properly. then there’s always an attitude along with the dissatisfaction of my drink that they don’t fix properly. i do ask for an extra shot with my drink. they either don’t add it. when i tell them the mistake they just poured the entire shot on top of the foam and it was very bitter. they just get frustrated and roll their eyes a lot. i don’t think ill be returning to this one anymore sadly as this location has gone down hill. today i received my drink half full. i never typically write reviews but when it happens more than 3 times it’s a bit...
