420 Holiday — Attraction in Longview

I have been coming here for a while basically for the cheap priceus. But service can be more important. The owner Andy doesnt know one thing about marijuana. He was just trying and pushing to sell me some cheap stuff I wasnt even interested in(looking for indica clearly trying to sell me a sativa saying its an indica). Not to mention the wait sometimes 20 mins!! Usually its packed with one person working. Does he even know to run a business??? This place has lost my business and everybody I know. (UPDATE) This makes me laugh at the response you gave me. I was talking about an instance that happened longer than a month ago. I couldnt handle the stupidity that is why i wrote this review. Get your facts straight before accusing someone of being mistaken. And i know who andy is he is pretty recognizable. Your shop is a joke....keep selling to those tweakers...

This is the second time this has happened, when I purchased a cart and the next day it leaks. I take it back to the store and the workers turned me down. The cart that I purchased leaked this morning and it placed the wax a little less than half and the worker goes, " um err I won't be able to take this to exchange it because it's a little more than half way." Like fool, how ridiculous could you be?! IT LEAKED! IF IT DIDNT LEAK WHY WOULD I EVEN GO BACK TO TRY AND EXCHANGE SOMETHING THAT ISNT BROKEN? RIDICULOUSNESS! This will simply be the last time I ever step foot in this dispensary. They carry no honor in their words when it comes to the warranty of ," if it leaks just bring it back with the packaging and we'll exchange it for you." Straight BS! The worker with the star tattoo on his hand is simply like my experience in that...

UPDATE: I originally made this review in 2022, and am returning mid-2024 to say that the vibe there is distinctly more friendly than it used to be! Two of the guys there in particular are extra nice. I have moved from the area but still visit whenever passing through because they're great. 2022: This has become my go-to dispensary since moving to the area from Portland a few months ago. I really like the no nonsense style with all of the information and product and pricing right in front of you. And it's always super quick to get in-and-out. Good selection and probably the best prices around. Service is enough, but not the friendliest, in my experience the clerks seem to act as cashiers and not like friendly salespeople but that's OK. I would just keep that in mind if you feel like you're on a more high maintenance type...
