Audio Express Inc. — Attraction in Longview

I went in there looking for a stereo and I feel that I was mislead. I bought a kenwood stereo and from the start the reception was very poor. I also noticed the Bluetooth was not very loud. I went back in there a few times on Saturday but I was told they were to busy to look at the stereo. After a few time going in there they finally looked at it a said well we get bad reception in Longview and if you want more power we can sell you a new amp. So the time ran out for the return time. I feel like they just wanted me to spend more money with them. Mike is amazing love the shop and great when it comes to any questions you have about anything I have a 1995 ford ranger xlt with a 12 in sub in it and a amazon amplifier and he got me right.The system sounds amazing yall go check him out I had lost sound throughout my whole truck went over there yesterday and asked him what it could be and come to find out there was a factory amplifer already in the truck but had no clue what I was doing but he pointed me in the right direction.
