Film Alley Longview — Attraction in Longview

First time was right after you opened, had a few glitches but having worked in the Family Entertainment, you expect that, and that evening, we asked for waters and we're given the choice of bottled or water with ice in a cup and not that I have an issue with paying for water in a cup, but we visited tonight, young kid looked new was working, he scanned for our tickets and I said I would like the candy and two ice cups with water, again, no issues with paying for the cup, I get this is part of your costs, but he asked the little African American girl there, she was very rude, she was put out that we wear interrupting her all important text message or social media she was into. I had $20 in cash and it came to $22, she couldn't figure out how to split it, so she left, the MOD comes out, and he said I am not gonna worry about the $2 but then I asked him about water with ice, he said sure not a problem, only after I already paid $4.50 a piece for waters. He tried to rectify it but the young lady needs to understand guest service. Also the first night we went, lots of great service, tonight, staff was not engaged, some barely said a word to the guests. Just saying guys, if metrics matter, if reviews matter, it's awfully soon to only have a 3.8 on Google reviews but if they are encountering the same girl we did tonight. It will go down hill. This is the third time I’ve been here. Each time being worse than the other. This last time was absolutely terrible, horrible, and unreal. I ordered food from the QR code (boneless wings and a large drink). Well I when my food was brought up to me; it was slammed! Everybody in the theater heard it and also to said that it was disrespectful and rude and offered to walk down with me. MIND YOU!!!!! MY FOOD WAS WRONG (bone in with some type of weird sauce)! And before I could say anything miss lady had already hit the bottom of the stairs. I Immediately got up and walked to the front desk and told them everything. I was given a refund for the wings due to the experience and the incorrect food that I had received. I was told that apparently I had made a racist comment (a black lgbt man)…………… and to TOP IT OFF!!!!! A big roach crawled on me. Yea I don’t know if I’ll be back. I’ll just stick to Time Square Grand Slam!! Which is kind of sad because I tried to get this place multiple chances And the food is wonderful, especially the boneless...

Overall I think it's a great addition to Longview. We had a very positive experience there this weekend. We thought the prices very very reasonable noting the arcade seemed a bit pricier. We had a burger/fries, quesadilla and tea. The drinks seemed pricey but the food was priced nicely. They all tasted good as well. They are clearly still working out the kinks but it was very clean and the staff were friendly. The theatre seats seemed a little too close together but eating in the theatre is a nice option. I would recommend bringing hand sanitizer especially if you are going to play in the arcade. I like that they had corn hole and darts as well. Paper towel dispensers were not working in either restroom and the roll was gross but at least they had some. The bar stools and chairs were comfortable. It was loud in the bowling alley/bar area but I'm not a young spring chicken so I recognize it...
