I found this place after extensive research online and it appeared to be the best of all the options, but I had a little bit of trouble when booking had to call four or five times due to disconnections and confusion and just being told there were no available rooms even though there were rooms available online, etc. but overall I feel like Clint did what he could to make it right and had some rude interactions while I was there not sure what the reasoning is as I know I was being really nice due to just being exhausted and not wanting to complain, but I was excited for the food as I looked at the reviews for the restaurant and the food was not that great for the price but overall, I was able to sleep well and everything was clean and the staff who is cleaning the room any interaction had to staff in the elevators or at the front desk I feel made up for the few rude interactions I had but when you're in hospitality, I feel like people should be trying to go above and beyond as that's the expectation for paying higher prices to stay at a nicer hotel, which was my intention when I booked the hotel, etc. business trips are stressful sometimes and where you get to stay is a highlight to me and very valuable, which is why I did the research but I think I'll try other hotels next time and hopefully I'll have some success. The next time I stay in Longview. This was my first time staying in Longview and I am so far set on making day trips and not having to stay there as a result of this Wednesday but who knows what will happen in the future I know that everyone deserves second chances and I'm not upset. I just don't have time go through things again or stress over things that are just unnecessary. Thank you.
