Well stocked store. Prices are more than fair. Purchased a vape pen. Used it for two weeks and it broke. Was aware they have no refund policy. Wasn't aware of 14 day no exchange policy. Its posted but either you'll miss it or be too stoned. In spite of the fact that i was in violation of the policy the manager called the owner and got it ok.. ultimately satified with result. Didn't like that management had to call the owners. Competent management (which they have) should be trusted to make judgment calls. Thankfully the owners made it right. Didn't like being told by the employee (youngster) that the pen wasn't defective after i said so. Not necessary to tell me " it wasn't defective it worked when you left," not only snarky but i felt like j was being called a liar. Also i define defective as anything that fails under normal use. Especially if the product is brand new. I'll be back because they did right...

I mean iv shopped at the place long enough to have (to have had) a stamp card that is (was before destroyed) half full.
