
I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE it here! I've been coming to this gym for a little over a year and regret nothing. This gym is just the best and holds a special place in my heart. First of all everyone basically becomes family here. Everyone is just so friendly and they literally support you. They cheer for you when reaching a new PR, they spot you if asked and etc. I mean sure maybe you can get that at another gym too but the mood is just different here.
Also this gym is always clean! You literally can see everyone cleaning up after themselves unlike other gyms where people are sloppy. So that's a big plus.
Also ladies, unlike other gyms you don't have to feel like you're being creeped on nor judged by others staring at you. People just root for you and focus on themselves and their own body goals.

If you have some experience or have no experience and are interested in lifting, this gym is the perfect place to start and learn the necessary form and mechanics to successfully execute lifts. I thought I had some experience from a prior gym I went to, but really it was just being able to go through the motions without the proper technique. I take the classes offered by Will and have learned so much. In addition to lifts, the classes include accessory excerises and conditioning. Read moreThis place is amazing! Last year I was plagued by injuries. I had ramped up my workouts during COVID like many of us, and I “knew” what I was doing and how to achieve my fitness goals. I was wrong. Over the years injuries and mobility issues accumulated. I spent a long time adapting to the injuries and issues without addressing the underlying conditions. This led to weakness and a poor foundation to achieve my goals.
