1 FURNISHED Apartments Los Angeles — Attraction in Los Angeles

Stayed at a 1Furnished apartment for the month of July. The place was extremely clean, came supplied with materials for cleaning and a toiletry kit. Had well operating internet and cable tv all connected to an HDTV. I had a small kitchenette which was perfect for me, it had a 3/4 size refrigerator with freezer which was great for storing my foods as well as any sweet treats I wanted to eat. I had access to a washer dryer in my unit area (which is great for someone like me). The shower was amazing due to the hot water that was available. I've stayed many times in CA and there are hotels that only put out lukewarm water. There is an onsite gym for use which has very nice equipment. I did not have garage parking but was able to check it out and it’s quite nice. I instead used street parking for my stay which is what it is. I would highly recommend staying here due to the safety, security, responsiveness of the 1Furnished team, cleanliness, and amenities. You will not get all the things I had access to with other AirBnBs...

The review is for Wilshire Margot 1 bdr apartment . Super convenient location. The building is located among luxurious condominium buildings on Wilshire corridor between Westwood and Beverly Hills. Walking distance to UCLA campus and Medical Center, Equinox, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Target, Ralphs and numerous restaurants in Westwood Village. 2 mile drive to Beverly Hills luxury shopping, 1.5 miles to Century City, 20 min drive to the beach in Santa Monica and the airport. Traffic is rarely an issue from this location. The company is very responsive and easy to work with. Easy check in and out through 24 hour on site concierge. The building is safe, clean and quiet with underground, secure and large parking spaces. The apartment was clean and spacious with all basic necessities. Furnished with clean but inexpensive (mostly IKEA) furniture and bedding. I would definitely stay there again and...

I rented this apartment for more then 5 months. The management misinformed me that the apartment is located on Sawtelle avenue, but in fact the building is located on Beloit avenue right across highway 405 which is noisy and very polluted !!!! The apartment is dirty. The furniture is the lowest quality I ever saw. The armrest of the couch always fell down on the floor and the couch was very dirty ( can be seen on the picture ) and was very uncomfortable. the carpet was dirty and full of dust ( can be see on the picture).
