LA is known for donuts. My wife and I finished some donuts from the famous Randy's and decided to continue our donut tour and saw Yum Yum was also recommended. It's located just a 2 minutes drive from Randy's with a very small and tight parking area that is shared with several other businesses in the same strip center. I just ordered a cinnamon roll ($1.99). It was a good roll, but nothing to write home about.  They have raised and cake donuts, muffins, and bagels. Note that there is no restroom or tables to eat at. The woman who served us was friendly! If I'm in the area again, I will probably go back to Randy's since they had a better selection of donuts.

Absolutely scrummy! Great variety of donuts and pastries. Always open, too! The best apple fritter pastry can be found here! The prices are better for these sweet confections than my favorite donut place back home. I am hitting this place up again before I fly home and taking a few back with me.

It is 1:35 a.m. the guy is inside working alone and he is not willing to make my pastrami sandwich. Making donuts is not more important than a customer who is standing in front of you the donuts he is making his for potential customers. If I spoke Spanish I believe he would have taken care of me no problem. I believe because I'm African-American he was scared to make the sandwich with his back turned to me I was racially profiled. Sad party is now I have to ride all the way down to La Cienega towards Hollywood to another location where they know me and trust me. I will definitely be back to speak to a manager you need to have two people stabbed at night so that one person can make sandwiches. He originally told me there was no pastrami then told me he had too...
