Afghan Star Halal Market — Attraction in Los Angeles

Called the store and ordered 4 burger afghani ans 3 bolani, he no problem should be ready in 20 to 25 mins. I told him i am 18 mins out so that perfect. Arrived there and nothing was ready. He was busy with whatever he was doing in the butchery didn't even have the decency to welcome someone to his store. When he did make eye contact asked if I was here for the pick up after about 15 mins of us being in the store. When I confirmed that yes I am here for the pick up of food that should have neen almost ready like 10 mins ago he said it's almost done. I said ok 15 to 20 mins later still no sign of the food and he was worried more about 2 othe people that were there for burger afghani as well. After waiting in his store for an additional 30 mins on top of the 18 min drive I had it with him. I asked if he can ring us up for the other items we got because seems they are too busy for 4 burger afghani and 3 bolanis to be made in almost 1 hr time. He didn't want to ring us up he asked his employee who didn't know what he was doing either. Finally he had to come out himself to take payment and we left with no food. This is not how you conduct business if you want to succeed. Maybe learn how to run a business before opening one and wasting people's time.
