Barn Furniture Mart — Attraction in Los Angeles

We specifically were looking for a round solid all wood dining room table. We knew if the tables were handcrafted by Amish artisans, they would be high quality and long lasting. I placed the order online and was quickly contacted by James who confirmed everything about my order, including the kind of wood and stain. This was actually a custom made handcrafted table when you get to select the wood and stain color. He was honest upfront that they were very busy, and that I would have to wait 2 to 3 months for delivery. That was not a problem for us. We just wanted an quality wood table. About 2 1/2 months later, I received a phone call that our table was ready for shipment, and they wanted to confirm the address and delivery date. Our table arrived packed in a pallet and was dropped off curbside. When we unpacked our table, the pieces were meticulously wrapped in three layers of a moving blanket type material along with plastic wrap. Assembly was easy, as hardware was previously installed in the pedestal and feet. It was a two-person job and tools were required, but our fifty something selves proudly completed the assembly. I ordered a table and it was delivered. I noticed the table had separated or split one day and i called in to see how they would handle the complaint. Its been a horrible experience with a bunch of lies and alot of run around by one of the sales personnel...mr James Villanueva. I finally spoke to mr Leon the store manager and he said he could send me another table and we agreed to that. He also stated he would send an email confirming the agreement but I have not received anything. Probably more lies. I will never order anything from them. I live in georgia so its unlikely anything will be done. They're a bunch of liars and crooks. If you get furniture and its fine then thats good but if you have a problem and you're in a whole other state and they know this good luck with that because you've just lost...
