Robeks Fresh Juices & Smoothies — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Used to be the Robeks to go to. Today I order a Age Buster and classic avocado toast for pick up. When I get there at the appointed time it’s not ready. They tell me their internet is down (5/19/21 2.00pm). I tell them well you took my money and the order. They then asked to see my receipt. I show it and then it’s like oh wow you did order!!! They proceeds to fix my order. I get the toast and it’s the Everything Avocado Toast not the Classic. I tell the girl and she says it’s the classic ans it’s not!!! She proceeds to take it into the back room comes back out and gives it to me again. All she did was take the toppings off and give back to me. Well, it still had the tomatoes seeds and other seasonings that you would get on the everything toast. I get to my car and see that, I didn’t open the container. I was back in and told another girl to say what the other did. She took it and tossed to the side and walked away. Now whether or not she was going to correct it she didn’t say so I took that as too bad and I left. When the older guy was there things seemed to run more smoothly and professional. Right now it looks like 1st graders running the shop.

I feel I should get a refund but I’m almost positive to try to get one would be even more stressful. So...

Delicious and Nutritious!! I am a working mom and its very difficult to keep up the schedule between running around and eating healthy. Robeks has been my Savior for many years. I particularly like this location as the staff is very friendly and maintains very high quality products. I also like this location because i am always customizing from the regular recipe - the Store manager is very accommodating to my preferences and he even makes me interesting suggestions. robeks is a lot like Jamba juice in many ways, although the drink sizes are different. Maybe that's what differentiates them, also the staff here is very flexible in terms of the custom smoothies I like to make, when I don't bring one from home. I like going to this place because it's right across from LA fitness, which has its own smoothie bar, but the people at the LA fitness get all uppity if you try and change anything, even if you offer to pay more for it.
