I came in to place an order Saturday afternoon. At this time there was one customer in the store. I walk up and place my order, even round up to donate and then my experience turns into a nightmare. I wait for my order and casually stand at the end where you pick up the food. Time continues to roll by. My friend who had been at Wendy’s walks over to see what’s taking so long. 15 minutes pass and that’s when I approach the register and ask the person that took my order how much longer. There was at least 4 employees on the line. I see the cashier walk over to figure out what’s going on. All of them look confused. They are talking amongst them selves at that point and disregarding me. There were 2 employees in particular that really upset me ( black hair with glasses and burgundy hair with winged eyeliner with pink eyeshadow on one eyelid). Black hair employee with glasses wanted to refuse to give me a refund. Which is absolutely ridiculous. I paid for food I never received. The burgundy hair employee was making faces behind her mask. Me and my friend could tell by the expressions of brows and her demeanor. While all the employees looked at each other dumbfounded , I asked for a refund or to remake my food. I said I don’t really care what happened. Either one of These options would have worked for me. The Burgundy haired employee walks up to assist and questions me about my name / order. I realized that I had never gotten a receipt. After all that extra nonsense I got my refund. I asked for the Number to corporate which I never received but I did contact corporate. I don’t appreciate being treated like that and I will be posting...
Read moreI’m a New Yorker I’m used to amazing or at the very least decent deli subs and This place is just god-awful!! I’d seriously put it on par with Subway, if even that, because at least Subway gives you more meat!
The sandwiches are tiny, more bread than meat and for extra meat on a 7-inch, it’s $4 extra when “extra” meat should be the standard sandwich here. I also asked for banana peppers, and they put like 3 on the entire sandwich. They smoother it in mayo, and the bottom of the bread is beyond toasted, borderline burnt, and the top is soft. Not only that, but they don’t even ask if you want it toasted, which I didn’t because an Italian classic should be cold in my opinion.
Who is working here? Better yet, who is allowing this crap and how does this place not have a lower rating?? You guys who are rating here must not have tasted a good deli sub. We’re in LA!! There’s plenty of good ones from the old days. New York, New Jersey, and Chicago-type deli, not this thing. Heck, I’d recommend Jersey Mike’s or Jimmy John’s over this any day of the week. Way more food and better tasting.
This isn’t what a deli sub/sandwich is supposed to be. I’m highly disappointed. Thank goodness this was BOGO because otherwise, I’d be even...
Read moreI ordered online and when I got to the store my order was ready and staff was greeting and friendly. Unfortunately my order The Brisket and cheddar sub was cold with barely any warmth to it. I also paid $1.25 for extra cheddar cheese that I couldn't even see or taste if there was cheddar cheese on the sub. It was almost non existent. And then the macncheese I ordered a side of was delicious I'll give you that but the serving size was 1/3rd of the container. ( normal size container ) seemed like a very small serving considering half the container was empty. The reason I'm giving the 2 stars is because my GF's turkey sandwich was delicious and she loved it and the staff were pleasant entering and exiting the store. Should of been a 1...
