Beverly Connection — Attraction in Los Angeles

The guards are incompetent have no training what so ever .my mother had to use the restroom 🚻 when she tried to open the bathroom door it was locked so finally a homeless crazy lady came out yelling profanity to my mother and my mom said let's call the cops and as soon as the homeless lady heard that she started threatening my mother that she was gonna do bodily harm and tried to charge at my mother i had to warn the crazy lady to step back .....then she locked the door again and continued taking a bath ..so I flagged down a guard and mind you this guy is big so I figured he was able to resolve the situation and get the crazy lady out but no...he calls for backup are you serious this guard is like 6.1 in height and you need backup thats ridiculous..so then his back up shows up and they just let the lady that threatened my mother to continue to shower and told my mother to go use the restroom at another shop near by ...you would think that the guard would get a crazy lady out specially aftger she charged at my mother to obviously try to hurt her ...so make story short they gave the homeless lady all the right and us as paying customers that even pay for parking we get the finger !!!!! How pathetic are these guards...they need training..so ridiculous....if the owner of the beverly connection sees this please train youre scary guards ..or give them a different job if they are scared to do their job ...its so sad that we as paying customers have to get the finger ....plus the guard said that the bathrooms close at 6 because they was out of order that was a lie ...the restrooms worked perfectly fine ...I even was able to use the mens restroom 🚹...plus the door sign says that the bathroom for they close at...

I was so disappointed last thanksgiving, they towed my car and i had to pay $225 to the towing company (it's not even at the garage yet, jt was only 30 mins overdue) The parking management could have at least be considerate by extending hours of operation or at least deferred the hours of usage of parking within their premise, anyway we paid the parking fee. Target where we shopped was opened till 12 mn, they should have at least coordinated with the parking mgmt, for the customers/patrons to use their parking until 12mn or without worries of being towed esp on a blackfriday . We were so happy that we were able to avail the sale stuff but ended up losing 100 times more because of this unexpected incident. The Beverly Connection overlooked the value of clients . Its so frustrating that i even sent a letter and emailed the manager, but no reply so far. I told my friends not to go to these stores anymore, better go to Glendale galleria, where there's free parking and attendants who help ease traffic on special holidays like thanksgiving. I went to this store to purchase 3 iphone x. The rep did not know what he was doing. I waited one hour for him to print my invoice. The phones had to be ordered. When my order came in, one of the phones was the wrong one. I called Verizon and they shipped me the correct one to the store. FedEx confirmed the delivery at 1:58 pm. I went to the store a few hours later and they could not find my phone. I asked to speak to the manager who was very rude. He said that this is a shopping center and that it could be delivered to any store in the shopping center. Very weird! I told him it was addressed specifically to Verizon with this store address. He answered we don't have your phone and walked away even though I showed him proof that an employee by the name of Amanda signed for it. I called Verizon. The rep called the store and the manager said that Amanda had already left and that I would have to come back to the next day to see Amanda. He could of called Amanda to ask her. The next day I called Amanda. She responded that she did not accept the phone. I told her how could you say you did not accept it when you signed for it. She then responded I returned it!!!...
