CVS Pharmacy — Attraction in Los Angeles

CVS Crenshaw- Train your employees! Train your employees! Train your employees. Most of your pharmacy employees including some pharmacist don't know how to code a basic co pay in your system! Month after month after month I have to go thru 2 to 3 employees inorder to find one that knows how to code a co pay! Most of them rather waste time trying to convince the customer something is wrong with their co pay card saying (ie, card expired! Card is not compatible with your insurance, etc) all which turns out to be straight up lies. The card works every time once you stumble upon an employee that knows what they doing! Four Compliant's placed thru their complaint number, Been told a District head will contact me, however, todate I've not heard anything! I recently switched to this CVS because its relatively close to home. This is why i love their pharmacy because we have many options to choose from, wether its near your job, school, or home. This locations also provides the drive-thru option, but its a hit or miss. you either wait 20+ in the line or 2 min depending on the client ahead of you. i recommend parking and walking inside, the desk is faster! no...
