This place is horrible. I'm definitely not a gym snob, I just needed a place where I could walk on the treadmill for a bit, since I am in my second trimester of pregnancy. This place is horrible because of the people who go there. It seems to be frequented by people with narcissistic personality disorder and crappy plastic surgery. Almost every time I go to use the treadmill, my workout is ruined by some idiot who feels the need to have a public conversation on their cell phone at full volume, just in case the rest of the gym doesn't pay enough attention to them. For instance, today I was about five minutes into my workout when some trashy fat lady got on the treadmill next to me and began face timing with her equally idiotic boyfriend in Russian. Face timing.... at the gym.... on the treadmill. I had my headphones on, but she was so loud that I couldn't hear anything over her conversation. I finally asked her politely if she could keep it down a bit, since she was two feet away from me and was creating a racket. She told me this was her personal space and I could move if I didn't like it. Remember, I'm five months pregnant and quietly going about my own business before fat ass decides to grace me with her presence. I hope she gets herpes of the eye off the equipment. 30 seconds later, another heathen gets on the treadmill on the other side of me and started her own "Miss Thang" conversation at full volume. "Giiiiiiiirl, did you see Beyonce last night!!" blah, blah, blah blah.... so now Fat Russian turns up her volume even louder to compensate. Now I have two idiots blathering away on either side of me. I just had to give up. This has happened to me in some variation almost every time I come to this place. I complained to the staff, and although they acknowledged their client's rude behavior, they said they were sorry but they had no rules against loud cell phone use. They need to change their policy if their clientele have such little class. They gave me the number to their corporate office so I could lodge a formal complaint, but when I called I got a recording which then just repeatedly hung up on me. Next time this happens to me, I'm going to download the hymnals station on Pandora and sing along to it at the top of my lungs. Let's see if they have a policy...

ย ย ย Read moreWhat is wrong with this place? I had a membership in 2022 that I cancelled in May. That experience in of its self was quite tedious. The man who was helping me was pretty hostile and unwilling to admit I was given wrong information from a rep on the phone earlier. He only became kind because he thought I was recording our conversation. In the end, the man cancelled my plan out & issued a refund for a fee that shouldnโt have been processed back in May 2022. December 2022 rolls around and I decide to reinstate my membership. I pay the first larger fee, and have been charged monthly since. My last charge is from March 2023. I got to the gym last week, no issues. I go to the gym tonight, and a gentleman that was at the front desk asked me to scan my card again. I do and he says my membership has been cancelled. I let him know that thatโs impossible because I havenโt called to cancel and I was there last week with no issues. For some reason, heโs unable to tell me who or why my accounts cancelled. He asks me to call in, but โallowsโ me to workout. Once Iโm done, I log into my bank account to confirm the monthly charges have been processed with my bank (they have been). When I log into my account, it confirms the cancellation. When I clicked reactivate account, it says I owe them for no paying from 07/2022 - 2023. On top of this, I would have to pay the larger fee for the first month. Are they okay?? I NEVER cancelled my membership. Try to avoid going to this gym...
