I recently visited this wonderful Indian sweet and spices shop and had an absolutely delightful experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the rich aroma of fresh spices and traditional sweets that immediately brought back fond memories of home.

The shop is well-organized, clean, and stocked with everything from fragrant masalas and lentils to beautifully prepared mithai that tastes just like it’s been made in a Punjabi kitchen.

A special shoutout to Barry, one of the employees there, who truly made my visit exceptional. Barry was not only friendly and welcoming but incredibly knowledgeable about the products. He patiently helped me find exactly what I needed and even gave me great recommendations for sweets I hadn’t tried before — the Kaju Katli and Besan Ladoo were top-notch!

Barry’s passion for great service and deep understanding of Indian flavors really stood out. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such genuine warmth.

strongly advise against purchasing food items from this store. On multiple occasions, I have encountered products that were well past their expiration date some expired over a year ago. What’s more concerning is that expired items had new labels affixed to them with falsified expiration dates, which is not only unethical but a serious health hazard.

As paying customers, we deserve transparency and respect especially when it comes to food safety. Unfortunately, this store has repeatedly failed to meet those basic standards.

Despite giving them the benefit of the doubt on two separate visits, I decided to make a third purchase, only to once again return home with expired products. This repeated negligence is deeply disappointing.

When this store opened last year, it was a great place to shop for Indian groceries. However, I’ve noticed that lately they’ve been stocking expired items. When I brought this to their attention, they didn’t seem concerned about removing the expired items. They claimed that the items had just arrived from the distributor a couple of days ago and that they hadn’t had time to check them. Unfortunately, when I revisited the store a week later, I found that the same expired items were still on the shelves. I hope that the store management will take this issue seriously and ensure that only fresh and safe products are sold to customers.
