I wish I could share a positive experience about purchasing a couch from Living Spaces, but unfortunately, my journey has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the start, the excitement of finding the perfect couch quickly turned into frustration and disappointment.
We initially received our couch only to discover that it had significant damages and imperfections. After the first delivery, we were hopeful that the replacement would be better, but we ended up swapping the couch three times due to similar issues. Each time, we had to rearrange our schedules, which was a hassle in itself. To add insult to injury, when the final replacement arrived, it still had problems. Instead of offering a straightforward solution, a representative suggested sending a technician to fix a brand new couch. I was appalled. Why should I have to deal with repairs on a product that should be in pristine condition?
The delivery process was equally frustrating. During the delivery of the first couch, the delivery team managed to damage our doorway. This incident was the last straw. We expected Living Spaces to take responsibility for the damage caused during their service, but to this day, they have not addressed the issue or offered any compensation for the stress and inconvenience we endured. It’s hard to believe that a company could operate in such a manner, disregarding customer satisfaction and accountability.
I am beyond disbelief that Living Spaces remains in business after employing such poor customer service tactics. The lack of accountability, combined with the refusal to offer any discount or compensation for our time and trouble, has left me feeling bullied rather than valued as a customer. Read moreMy living space was amazing from the time I entered the store to the time checked. I was greeted at the door by a gentleman who lead to the item I was looking for, not mentioned with an apology for not being to go upstairs with me because he was waiting on a customer. I proceeded up the stairs was greeted by 3 young ladies and Try, short Treyfinia (spelling is definitely wrong) step forward and began to show me the items I was looking for up and downstairs. Try’s service was impeccable. She was sooo patient, helpful and knowledgeable about the items. She had another she was assisting as well. She asked if you could check out that customer. As I was waiting, you brought me some water and a warm cookie! (Yum). She returned very quickly to assist with my shopping. Once I made my bedroom selection. she brought me over the mattress department and left the amazing hands of Issac and Angel (who is in training). These two were soooo knowledgeable and offered me many choices based on my preferences. We have a fun times together as I tried numerous mattress and came to a final decision to include the adjustable base. As I was finishing up, Try returned to work collectively with the My mattress guys to complete my order. I was then lead to the cashier to complete my order and meet Newja, (spelling is wrong again). She was in training as well. She was very nice and so professional. She did amazing and explained everything to me. I was asked to speak to the manager, Fabiola to tell her how wonderful my experience was and how amazing the employees and trainees were throughout my entire experience at the store. I see why the staff is sooo good, because Fabiola was great!
