SleePare Mattress Store Los Angeles — Attraction in Los Angeles

Do not purchase your mattress from this store. If anything use it as an opportunity to test the mattresses and then order from the manufacturer. My wife and I came to the store to try the helix mattresses. We ended up purchasing a helix mattress and 2 side sleeper pillows. We never received any updates on our order during the next 2 weeks. Finally after I contacted customer support we were informed the mattress would be arriving at the store in a few days.(This was already 3 days past when the said the mattress would arrive). We also paid for white glove service. The white glove service ($250) was one guy in a pickup truck trying to remove and deliver a king size mattress. Before we even scheduled delivery I knew it wasn't going to go well as he refused to talk on the phone and attempted to schedule the delivery day of via text. On the delivery day, I ended up having to help him move everything as he dropped the mattress several times trying to move it himself and knocked over several things in the house trying to bounce a king size mattress off the walls. The mattress was delivered damaged, the pillows were not delivered and still haven't arrived (they said they were back ordered but never mentioned that until delivery day and it has now been over a week since then). They haven't processed our refund for the white glove after over a week, and we have never at any time received any shipping info or tracking #s for our original order or for the replacement mattress/pillows that are supposed to be coming. We had an amazing experience at the SleePare Mattress Store in Los Angeles.

After spending numerous hours researching for our next bed, we ended up getting one that we hadn’t even known we wanted. Our original two choices were between a Winkbed and a Saatva Classic, but neither of those could compare to the Mlily Powercool (Medium-Firm).

When I had originally called the store and spoken to Setareh she mentioned that I may like the Mlily more than the other two, but it had never come up on my radar (since apparently, they don’t advertise here in the U.S. and had their start in Europe).

Once we got to the store, Dray took care of my girlfriend and I and was super friendly and knowledgeable, showing us several Winkbeds, Helixes, etc., without ever being overly pushy. Once we were ready to leave the store (and see the Saatva at another store close by) we noticed the Mlily on the way of out of the store. 30 seconds on the bed and we were convinced it was our bed.

When we came back from the Saatva store, we knew it was the bed we wanted and Setareh took great care of us answering the numerous questions that I had (I am an exhaustive researcher and take my time with these kinds of purchases). She and Dray both were extremely helpful throughout the purchase process, and we felt confident that we had purchased the right bed.

My wife and I went to a LOT of mattress stores and after talking to quite a few sales people and laying on easily over 50 beds we came to the conclusion that Mlily beds are among the best that there are. Most of the salespeople we talked to sleep on them themselves. If the people that sell them sleep on them that should really tell you something. They are incredible beds and the build quality is on par with the cost unlike most other luxury brands which use very cheap materials and charge a lot for their marketing.

Now the beauty of this store specifically and the reason we finally made our purchase from Setareh at SleePare, is because this store has more Mlily mattresses on display for you to try than any other store in Los Angeles, and Setareh is an incredible salesperson to work with: no pressure at all (the product sells itself), very approachable, answered all the questions, and made the process simple and fast.
