7-Eleven — Local services in Los Angeles

Even 3 years later its still the same. Ugh. Everyday I come here they never have fresh food , food is dry and old. Never have any fresh pizza at all. Most of the time the hot food is empty. Most 711 don't have awesome customer service in general but this particular location is probably the worst customer service of any 711 that I've ever been to. Routinely the cashiers have attitudes and speak and act in a way that appears very aggressive and it's obvious that they have attitudes. I work very near here and always visit this location out of convenience but routinely observe the cashier's With Attitudes, not acknowledging customers, when people ask them simple questions they act like they don't want to answer and if they do answer they raise their voice, the store is usually in disarray and not very well-maintained, often the coffee area and soda machines are dirty. Sometimes their convenience foods are old, dry and I've seen hot dogs extremely dry. Hot dog buns are old and hard frequently. Their condiments section is usually dirty and has different toppings spilled in other containers which is sort of gross. The calibration on their soda machine is often misaligned which makes the soda taste strange. When you ask someone for help or let them know that something is old or dirty the cashiers give a lot of attitude as if they resent you for telling them that something needs their attention. This happens way too often during my visits and if it was once or twice I probably wouldn't even take the time to do this review but I've had so many situations where it has put such a bad taste in my mouth that I have to take the time to put this out there so other people know how bad this location is. About a week ago I was at this location at 11 p.m. and I'm trying to add cash onto my prepaid debit card so that I could order Uber and get home. I had no other way to get home. The cashier told me that their system stops at 11 meaning I cannot put any cash onto my prepaid debit card, nor can I buy any gift cards, cuz that was my other option to buy an Uber gift card but he refused. I asked him why he told me that they do not accept any credit cards debit cards or anything electronic after 9 pm! Are you serious? I asked him where another location of where the nearest or was they told me the one down on Venice Boulevard which was about three miles away and I'm walking on a 35 year old white female late at night now and he showed no compassion. Now it was even more frustrating when I went outside and stood there to think about what I was going to do oh, was that he took the next customer behind me and the guy paid with a credit card! What the f---?... like what kind of discrimination is this? I don't understand. I'm just about done...

This location is next to my apt most mornings I pick my coffee from this place I always use the coffee machine which is located on the right side this machine is mostly leaked all the powders and the hot water overflow and I usually ask them whether it is working but today it looks fixed and try to use it but th girl working on the store barking on the back seems I am wrong to use but if the machine is not working it is there job to but some notice the thing is not working on the way out I told her to do this but she is pushed that I can go to the other store to use this is not a good customer service try to fi x her and the...
